Completed First Aid at Work…
Completed First Aid at Work (2022)course with purchase of electronic PDF Certificate and Transcript. Although a minor issue with the platform not providing access to the certificate, this was quickly resolved by the Help Desk Team. In addition they have provided a hard copy of the certification as a courtesy.
The course is well designed with up to date content, well presented with easy access to pdf notes or transcripts.
Happy to recommend to colleagues and friends, and considering using for company employees.

Completed the Safeguarding Qualification.
Compliance Central is an extra ordinary platform for learning. I saw the programme online and then registered with site and paid for me and my team members.
Once I logged onto the Learning Management System (LMS) all the learning provided me the detailed description of the course followed by the quiz and assessments.
It provided me all the relevant information for my course and it had been very professionally designed.
Very happy to learn and complete my course.

Poor after care
I’ve studied a few courses with this company and found the courses to be excellent, however the after care is awful. As a nurse a need my certificate to add to my nurse revalidation folder, but on each occasion I have had to email them several times to get it sent over.
I would not recommend this training provider, which is sad as the course content is very good.

Good Document Control course
The pdf certificate produced for my Document Control course was missing basic details (the name of the course, the date the qualification was awarded to me, the certificate code). It got my surname completely wrong (despite it being completely correct in my profile). My employer will not accept an incorrect certificate like this.
The Document Control course was thorough and informative. Although there were spelling errors in some of the slides though. The robotic voice reading the slides was unengaging, monotone and at times read text in completely the wrong sense. For example, in Module 8 it said tear in the phrase 'wear and tear' in the sense of what a person produces when they cry, and not in the correct sense of a tear in a hard copy document.
In terms of value for money the course delivers what it promises. The let down for me is that the quality of the slides hasn't been checked carefully enough for spelling errors. I am able to get past this, however, other students may not be so forgiving.
