Carlos from Compariqo is your go to guy if you need assistance with a warranty. We needed a structural warranty for a house we had built and most companies refused to help as the build was already completed. Carlos went above and beyond to get us the warranty within a week and kept us constantly updated throughout. We will definitely be using Carlos again next year hopefully under less stressful circumstances!

Retrospective structural warranty
I came across Compariqo when I was searching for a retrospective structural warranty. They have been so prompt in dealing with my case, in a professional and transparent manner. Even more, they significantly helped me with other mortgage-related issues that I encountered. They behave like they are dealing with people, not numbers and statistics, the antithesis of how lenders operate and that should sum it up, as I am sure everyone knows what I mean. Connie and Scott, your help is greatly appreciated and will be requested for any future projects.

Compariqo - New Build Insurance
I recently came across Compariqo whilst searching for a new build insurance policy. Victoria Morgan, is my contact there and she could not have been more helpful. She helped me find the perfect policy and keeps in touch regularly to see how things are progressing with the build. I am currently looking into possibly using Compariqo for funding to complete my project sooner than I had originally planned.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring new build insurance and finance.

I am in the midst of buying a new build property and after initially having some concerns as my lender didn't have Compariqo listed as a warranty supplier, they have been absolutely superb and responsive in easing both mine and the lenders concerns.
I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

BEWARE!! This company is out to stitch you up! I asked for a structural Warranty insurance cover and they sold a PCC certificate instead - dont go near them! - use a reputable company that understands and cares for their customers!

We’re sorry to hear you feel that you have been misled.
However, we have investigated your case thoroughly and have found that your purchase of a Professional Consultants Certificate (PPC) originates from your form enquiry on our PPC webpage. Your account record states that you applied for replacement cover for Alpha Insurance via a PCC.
The PCC webpage (https://compariqo.com/pcc/) where you applied for a quote, quite clearly states the terms of a PCC and that it is not a Structural Insurance policy and in your subsequent email exchange with us, it is very clear that you understood that you were purchasing a PCC, not a structural warranty.
Compariqo acted as a broker for a company that provided you with the PCC and we understand that you raised a complaint about the property which we referred directly to the company, and which was subsequently rejected. This was unfortunately beyond our control.
Compariqo works hard to be transparent about our products and services and although we are sorry that you feel misled, we cannot accept responsibility when you clearly requested the product that you purchased and agreed to the terms.
