I was disappointed as the information…
I was disappointed as the information on the site was not up to date- particluarly companies house filings - Need to check "last date updated" which in this case was 4th December and I checked on 29th January

Many thanks to 'Company Check'
FIRST: I subscribed to 'Company Check' because I had friends who were going to invest in a failing company that they thought was financially secure.
SECOND: The information I received from 'Company Check' about the company was clearly laid out in an understandable presentation and I found the graphs very useful.
THIRD: 'Company Check' gave me enough information to allow my friends to ask the right questions and eventually pull out of the deal.
FOURTH: Also, the 'Company Check' subscription set up was up to 'website industry standard', and furthermore, 'Company Check' clearly informed me when I needed to either renew my subscription or cancel, unlike some companies I know.
Fifth: I am well aware I could have extracted the information I needed from Companies House for free, but that is raw information. It made such a difference to have this information processed and laid out in an easy to an understand presentation.
FINALLY: Many thanks to 'Company Check and I would certainly be more than happy to use 'Company Check' again.

I paid £20 and expected to be emailed some kind of report.
So far I cannot see that I have anything other than a few very simple colour graphics in a "dashboard" - maybe I am missing something - but on the face of it I certainly will not be "upgrading" my account!

We delivered over 100 million reports to 20 million visitors last year alone which is why we do not email individual reports to our customers, however I can see that the report you bought was emailed over to you by our support team. Hello there! Thanks for taking the time to review your experience of COMPANY CHECK LTD. All UK ltd companies are required by law to register at Companies House. Of the 5 tabs on our UK limited credit reports, the first one is called "Companies House Data" and you don't have to have purchased the report to view this tab, as this information is free information. Freemium information on our reports includes company name, SIC Code, incorporation date and all the other company summary info found at Companies House.
Our team did reach out to you last year but we didn't hear back however I can confirm that your purchase was refunded in full. If there's anything else you need, please do not hesitate to email us via contactus@companycheck.co.uk.

I must say I am really disappointed…
I must say I am really disappointed with their VIP customer service. I have been a customer since 2013, however the Ireland company details are really out of date and they do not respond (except by auto email which says they will respond in 1 day) to emails or telephone voice mail messages
