😇🐕🦺.Useless service,from O2 mobile...Spent an hour,on the phone,to accounts.I paid my bill.Got receipt. Paid £15,spend cap.Got receipt.Tried to use spend cap,advised,was used.I explained that it was paid,they agreed..tried to use again,nothing....I went into my online account,spend cap,not paid,money was paid into my account,as a credit,to my next bill.Totally Ignorant,and inefficient.

Just received a "subscription renewal" reminder from Company Check that "One" will shortly take £24 from my card. I don't know "One" and have no account with Company Check. Do I trust them? - certainly not.
