I listed a truck for sale. All I received was scam responses. I called Commercial Truck Trader directly to report this, and their response was they could not do anything about it. This was harassing, time-consuming, and a big waste of money! This site needs major work!

It is very disheartening everything that has come through has been scammers.. not one lead has been authentic, it is exhausting. I wish there was a way valid buyers could only contact seller.

Cycle time for a posting is way too…
Cycle time for a posting is way too long. Communication is very slow. You communicate 72 hours delay prior to posting. Although this might have been appropriate in the 1990s, today its a screaming signal that your processes are very outdated. When the US government can issue a passport faster than your process, it might be time to invest in your systems. Only reach outs we have gotten is scammers. Not sure we are a repeat customer.

No views, Not worth the money
Barley any veiws at all, I can’t even find the truck on other accounts, I haven’t gotten one call or text or email, for $150 this was a very bad place to list my truck.

Frustrating to use, to sell or buy
It was hard to set up the add, and when I did I could find it on your listing. For $149.00 I would define that as a total rip off.
The site is way over complicated to use. your never sure if the site has shown everything. Many times, I have to put selections in 3 or 4 times using different inputs to bring everything up and even then, I know I'm missing stuff.
I find myself avoiding using the site to buy or sell, because it is so frustrating.
Craigslist is a mediocre site at best but for useability it's got you beat hands down.
