Having purchased a light with comet, who were brilliant dealing with the sale, we found that the shade glass tube was defective. We notified comet ASAP and they contacted the manufacture right away. Our new shade tube was with us in 3/4 days. Brilliant service. Thank you. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered online, great price, and the line arrived 6 days later via the manufacturer. Same practice that most sellers use now. Received text to say it was arriving. The light was well wrapped and arrived in one piece. Really happy with it. Thank you comet lighting.

Lights arrived in good time but I had to return due to position of the cable hole on back plate. Otherwise no issue with the lights themselves. Returns procedure is fine. But I had to phone to chase payment almost two weeks after the lights had arrived back at the depot. Once I called the office a refund was paid that day.

Was a bit nervous at first as the product I wanted was much cheaper than other sellers, but decided to give them a go. Communication was great - they explained exactly when my order would arrive. The product arrived really well packaged. Finally got round to fitting it yesterday and am very happy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Comet Lighting!

Unfortunately due to transportation handling my item arrived broken.
Mark had no hesitation providing a replacement and even arranging an alternative courier.
Full marks to Customer Service and all manner of responsiveness.
Unfortunately there’s no control on how couriers handle goods.

I ordered two lights with three glass shades on each. One of the shades was broken. I informed the sales dept who seemed to be a little slow in sorting this out. In the end a new firmest was sent through me.

I had a very good experience overall and will highly recommend. I placed three orders separately online and over telephone and these were all handled professionally and delivered on time.
