Placed an order, money was taken. On the website said I would receive it for Christmas.
Got an email the next day saying it had been shipped.
Then the following day I got an email saying the order was cancelled.
Awful communication and customer service.

Bought a laptop from wowcher and this is the supplier . Says they are in a dispute with wowcher and not taking orders.. needs to cut ties with wowcher then and save people from getting scammed

The computer was unpacked and set up today as it was given as a birthday present to a disabled resident at a care home. I found it responsive which was a good thing as there were so many updates required when data was transferred from one computer to this new one. Its condition is good with only a couple of marks on the chassis. I will definitely look at this firm again when needing a new’second hand’ computer.

Brilliant laptop for an amazing price, we had already purchased one a few months and for our teenage son and it’s perfect so we purchased another. Ordered and it was delivered the next day brilliant service.

A great laptop, exactly as described and arrived the next day!

The only gripe is with the courier (APC). The laptop wasn't left in the safe place as requested, but was left in full view outside my front door! Also, the box was open when I found it, but luckily the contents were all present and correct.
