One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. This company just can’t seem to get their sh*t together. Can’t get ahold of anyone and callbacks come in at 5am because they don’t check the time zone. Then leave a completely inaudible message and you are back to square one. Get Aflack instead.

Ok, except don't know why you could not put in new information for bank payment instead of making me remember to call 10 Oct 2026 to give the information then. Never had set it up for 6 month payment, was to be every month. We never receive information from you unless we contact your company.
