The online application failed me for days while attempting to renew bond.,called multiple times only to find out payment can’t be taken over the phone. Bond expired and was forced to go through the entire process again. Very annoying and frustrating. Time is our treasure and that process is no bueno! Still a client though. Bonus for us. Maybe. I run an RIA
I run an RIA and while there are many regulations and compliance requirements associated with that, the easiest task is maintaining our surety bond thanks to Colonial Surety.
