Really poor customer service. KKR and Hondo Enterprises recently acquired Highgate Studios and appointed Colliers to manage the site. I have been here 18 years and since Colliers took over the customer service has nose dived. A really really poor advert for the landlords.

The worst realestate agent by far. Put the rent up during lock down whilst my partner and I (working in beauty & hospitality) weren’t able to work and had a baby. Took weeks to get people out to fix things. Tried to charge us to pressure wash the courtyard ground/walls after moving out when it wasn’t done for us prior to moving in. Took over a month to get our bond back, we had to lodge it ourselves through the rental board. Colliers STILL owe us a credit and it’s been over two months and they’re not responding to our emails/calls. Pathetic company.

From 30,- euro to over a 100,-
if your looking to be scammed hired them.

This may be the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a landlord. DO NOT rent from these folks. Not only did they not want to deal with water leaking from my ceiling for over a month, they didn't even send me my $900 security deposit back until I threatened legal action 5 weeks later. This is the most mismanaged sh** show I have ever experienced. They took over my lease from a previous rental company and within the first week they told me to leave. Why you may ask? Because they didn't want to deal with the issue of one of the restaurants below bringing in amplifiers and keeping every tenant up until 2am, even on weeknights. it took contacting the city for it to stop. When I told them about the situation they told me if I didn't like it to leave at the end of the month. Then in that same week water started coming out of the ceiling near the fire sprinkler in my kitchen. I sent multiple messages and got 0 response until I said I would call the city. It took a week to get someone out there before they could confirm it was the AC unit. I lived with water leaking from the ceiling, destroying all the food in my cupboards, and unable to cook for weeks until I moved. Speaking of the move, it took 3 weeks to get any sort of move out information. I had to call and email numerous times before getting ANY sort of response.
When they came to get my keys, they had owned this building for a month and STILL hadn't stepped foot in it.This has been a nightmare situation. I spent so much money just trying to get out of the situation faster because it was having negative affects on my health. No one should have to deal with this sort of situation. If I could give -10 stars I would. I hope they get shut down

TLDR: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SNAKES IN THE GRASS.

Used to a good experience, but now no buffet breakfast during week. No more staff on so this means you wait half an hour for your breakfast, whoever the star was who thought this up should be sacked.

Be aware people! Colliers is so unprofessional playing some personal games with customers. So we ending up without building after long time negotiations. They lies almost about everything. Brandon Green it’s a joke!

I look after my mother’s affairs she is 83 years old and her flat was broken into. We are now 6 months down the line and the door that was broken including the glass is still unfixed. Useless if you want a company to manage uour property avoid this company

I tried to lease a light industrial space from Preston Hill, an agent working for Colliers. I had expressed my need for immediacy after sending the required forms for applying for the lease. The terms offered were ridiculous, but I agreed because the location was perfect and I was in a hurry. Every morning I emailed enquiring about when the agreement would be ready to sign, and the response was always "we're working on it, it will be done this evening." After three days of this, I got tired of being jerked around and found another property. I will avoid this company from now on and advise everyone else to do the same. If they represent your property, consider changing agencies, as they apparently don't care about filling vacancies. Reading other reviews here, it's apparent the company has a toxic culture.

Not trustable. Collier agents persuaded the seller to sell his building at a lower price to friends, although there was a significantly higher bid from third party.

They have a site for sale ex car showroom wednesbury,
now we have been calling them since the site came up for sale which is around 2 months or so, also emailed them. Till now we still await a response, are they favouring people? are they playing a game with the owner? Im shocked that a corporate company like this cannot be bothered to respond! (robert johnson).

I was assaulted at one of their properties. My car had been t boned in their parking lot. While dealing with all of this, two thugs jumped into my daughters car with three children inside and attempted to carjack her car with the kids inside! They put their hands on my grand daughter and stole her iPad right from her hands, she is 7! When I attempted to contact the management, I reach John Jensen from San Francisco and he never even allowed me to tell him what I wanted before hanging up on me! Rude, uncaring, and their facility in San Pablo is dangerous and there is no security!

Really dodgy company - tried to get us to sign over authority to manage our business rates and pocket repayments themselves.

Colliers cost my business countless hours in emails and calls not responded to. They still hold a bond for a lease I terminated with ample notice months ago. They continue to debit my account for rent and ignore my requests to have the overpaid months returned. The customer service is such a nightmare!

Absolute Rubbish Estate agent when it comes to commercial tenancy holding tenants deposit for no reason, many time complained their CEO, he seems to be more rubbish than the company itself.

Try to avoid this company for any tenancy or buy/sell deals.
