Great communication.
Great communication throughout and very happy. Delivery date had to be moved a day due to road works preventing access. This was no issue and everyone was very understanding.

Knotty and bendy
Four extra long pieces of timber, one too bent to use. Paid out £30 for a replacement, which took another week, only to be delivered a length that was too knotting to use. Told I could go to the main branch ten miles away and pick out a piece that they would deliver (another week for the scaffold tower), if they had one, but they would not however open in new pack. Waste of time and money.
Unfortunately we do not have a wood burning stove.

Hi Philip. Further to your conversation with our Commercial Manager, Karl, the timber was from a new pack and is of shuttering grade quality, and as such has a certain amount of natural knots.

We always strive to provide the best quality products, Timber being a natural product doesn't respond well to being left in variable conditions and we will always try to deliver it as close to the point our customers need it as we can.
Our website is new, and we are always on the lookout for ways to improve it and you make a good point that we will try to address in the coming months. Apologies again for any inconvenience and we hope to see you again soon.
