Requested Customer Service to have a certified coin removed off another Menbers set,so I can apply it to my set. I waited several busines days and PCGS requested Evidence of the Coin in question, supplied the appropriate Evidence. Did not receive a reply from Customer Service in 2 business days, this has happen on a couple of occasions with this type of issue with Customer Service. I am feed up with this type of service. I have deleted my entire Inventory and Sets off PCGS web site. a TURTLE could perform this task in a apporiate time frame.

They’re not qualified to grade they can’t read descriptions. I had an item authenticated by them through eBay as they’re eBay’s authenticators. I clearly had photos of creases and wear on a card and listed in description that there is wear & creases. I had 24 photos. They literally rejected it for buyer over the same creases I had pictured on listing. The buyer just saw that they rejected so didn’t want any part of it. He asked me if I was re-listing when I receive it back as he did say it’s in the photos and not my fault. I will not be selling to him again as I’m not wasting my time or shipping money again. He wants it now after Collectors Universe acted like I didn’t describe or show the condition. It’s clearly in the photos. Get rid of your person that checked the Dupe Dipkin Simpsons card as he’s now the new Dupe and cost me $570.00. Send this companies so called graders back to grade school. Below is photo for reference so they know what dupe messed up. It does not show condition in these photos but others I had on listing.

If they are so legitimate why are they even registered with the BBB, because they are crooks, Liars and thieves. If they did they would have too many complaints and wouldn’t be @ble 5o sucker more people out of their money.

The whole coin grading system is a fraud and a scam on society. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS & LIARS.

OH, and it’s NOT just me saying it. Take the time to search all the other people that say the same thing that the have stolen from and manipulate out of their coins by lying to them and either stealing their coins.

I felt it necessary to share a recent experience that has shaken my trust in the platform. I had purchased a 1980 Rickey Henderson Topps rookie card, and after a successful transaction, it was added to my vault. Days later, to my shock, the card vanished from my vault without any authorization or notification from my end.

In my quest for answers, I've communicated with various representatives, even escalating my concerns to the highest echelons of the company, including the CEO. Throughout this ordeal, I've been met with vague explanations, and, most alarmingly, no one has given a direct answer to a simple question: "Can cards in your vault be removed without the buyer's consent?"

To date, not only have I not received the card back or any clear policy explanation, but I also haven’t been compensated for the market value of the card or even the initial amount I paid. Essentially, my card and my money were taken without my consent or any viable explanation.

For anyone considering using Golden Marketplace PSA or any service under the Collectors umbrella, I'd advise caution. It's crucial to know whether your purchases, once confirmed and placed in their vault, are genuinely safe and secure. The lack of clarity, communication, and customer-first approach in my experience has been disheartening, to say the least.
