Vom Unternehmen geschrieben

Collector Figures is an online store for GK statues, resin statues, licensed statues, and collectible figures, built for overseas collectors who want a clearer way to understand and manage pre-orders. Many products in this hobby are not regular in-stock retail items. They are often announced by studios, opened for pre-order, produced over time, and shipped only after the studio completes production. Collector Figures helps make that process easier to follow by organizing product information from studio announcements and agent-channel updates, translating key details, and presenting payment, balance, shipping, and after-sales information in a way international buyers can understand before placing an order. Customers can usually choose full payment, deposit payment, or payment plan options depending on the product. For pre-order items, final international shipping is normally quoted after the item reaches the warehouse, based on the actual package size, weight, destination, and available shipping methods. Collector Figures is not the original studio manufacturer. Our role is to help customers place orders, track pre-order progress, manage balance payment notices, arrange shipping quotes, and coordinate support when issues such as delays, shipping damage, missing parts, or after-sales questions occur. Buyers can contact us through email or WhatsApp for order updates, payment confirmations, shipping questions, claim evidence review, and product-specific support. Our goal is to make collectible statue pre-orders more transparent, easier to understand, and less stressful for collectors worldwide.Mehr ansehen
