I'd rather give no Star, but don't know if can then submit review. The product that I ordered from this company was not even remotely close to the description.It was supposed to be glass and was made out of vinyl like something out of a gumball machine. When I tried to contact company for an RMA # to return the cheap, fake product, I was unable to contact anyone. They even outsourced a contact company to no avail. So I put a dispute in with my credit card company. Now they responded to Citibank promptly, with all this BS about deliveries and return proceedures, none of which were available to the customer. Under no circumstances should you even consider dealing with this SCAM Company and there Cheap Crappy Products that you wind up with keeping and paying for. NO EFFECTIVE REFUND POLICY!!!!!!

cheap crap. product nothing as described. offered a full refund if returned to china at buyers cost ($60-$80). otherwise, offered an $8 refund. ended up settling on a $18 refund to keep order (paid over $50). Have not yet received refund.

Lies and misleading

This site. Misrepresents the products they advertise and sell. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Product was not a American size small, even though it says a small. They won't refund. They offered a different size, but there isn't a smaller size!
My last email to them showed their web site photo & description of said jacket - It says it has gold buttons, but I don't even have button holes, let alone the gold buttons! It says it has some wool in the jacket so it hangs nice. Not this one!
To date I haven't received a rely from them. I wish I had seen the Horrible reviews before I ordered.
Now I will cancel the charge on the credit card.

Scam Company

Never received my order , then they told me they couldn’t deliver it and told me I had to pay an additional $25.00 to
Resend it .
I have been getting deliveries to the same address for over 30 years .
There is no US shipping company or mail service involved just a Chinese shipping company that you can’t reach .
They use the name Sherum Company also.

Don't buy anything from this company. They advertise a money back guarantee within 30 days of receipt. Here is the actual guarantee. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped. SCAM on returns after receiving the product. There is no address for returns and you cannot find any addresses.

I ordered the Shadow Witch. What a heap of junk. For anyone thinking of buying this, do not!!! If you really want one go onto Temu, exact same thing but at a much cheaper price. Disgraceful company, will never buy from them again.

I feel so stupid for allowing myself to be scammed by this company this is not a reputable company. Don’t allow yourself to be scammed. My advice is just to stay away.

I ordered decanters and I have not herd a word back this was 8/30 now it's 9/7 no emails or anything they just took my money and ran . Don't get scammed by them to don't order anything from them going to the BBB and let them know also

Complaint Description:

I am filing a formal complaint against: colapachicfashion.com regarding a purchase made on June 23, 2025 for $69.97. Despite receiving confirmation of delivery, the product I received was materially different from the item advertised online.

Details of Complaint:

A. Misrepresentation of Product (Part A):
Online advertisement photos showed features and specifications that were not present in the product I received. Attached are side-by-side photos comparing the advertised product with the actual product received.

B. Delivery and Shipping Evidence (Part B):
Photos of the package, shipping label, and product condition upon arrival.
Documentation shows the product was delivered but did not match the advertised description.

C. Attempts to Resolve with Merchant (Part C):
When I tried to resolve the issue with the merchant, they refused to provide a refund locally and demanded that I return the item to China, specifically to:

NO.7 Songgang Tianyang 2nd Road, 1st Floor, Songgang Subdistrict, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

This would require me to pay $60–$80 in international shipping fees, which is far more than the cost of the product itself. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, the merchant ignored or denied my requests for a reasonable resolution.

My suggestion is: please no buy items from Colapchicfashion, you should be very very carful for this seller.
