Great choice of games, and redemption is pretty fast! It has been my choice, and will continue to be my choice from here on out!

Currently waiting on a 10,000sc redemption that was placed on a Saturday. I understand their processing times are on business days, so I will have to wait. If they do process and pay out in a reasonable amount of time, I will be for sure changing this to a 5 star.

Only thing is I wish there was a easy way to contact support during the time you take a break for. I put in a seven day break after I put my redemption in, and have some other questions with no way I have found to contact support. Might be because of me, so I'm not really holding it against the site.

This casino is great. I have played and redeemed. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the redemptions. I will boost to 5 stars once this last redemption i put in is fulfilled. At first I was questioning this site because nothing was hitting but then it all started acting like these other casinos and bam. I redeemed like 200 and had it in skrill in a couple of hours. Then I redeemed 101 again had it in a couple of hours. Now I have put in for a larger redemption and it has been over 24 hours with no movement and I do not think they have any customer support because it has been 10 hours and still no reply. I wanted to put this one in my top 3 that I play but I just dont think any of them are going to out do lucky hands with their instant redemptions. The coinsback feature is nice and something new. They do not have alot of promo packages like cluck, hello millions, lonestar,realprize or crown coins. I think this casino will do well if they can get their customer support better and looks like maybe get larger redemptions a little faster. Hello millions can have a 2000 redemption in your account the same day. This is just my opinion at the moment and may change with time and experiences. 3 stars for now and that may go up or it may go down. My biggest gripes are no customer support and larger redemptions seem to be an issue
