The worst service I've ever had in my life!
I never write reviews, but I feel like I have an obligation to warn the other poor souls who will use Coffee Box in the future.
The company seems to list items on their website....that they don't actually have in stock, in order to secure a sale.
I've been waiting 7 months, for a simple order of a coffee dripper and a flask! One item becomes available, then it doesn't, then there's a wait on another part of the order. There is constant, conflicting information with no updates, to the point where I'm actually embarrassed for the company.
Their only (ever so slight) redeeming feature, is that they have offered a refund, and a bag of free coffee if the order is fulfilled....but only after months of stringing me along. They also had the items listed as 'in stock' on their website, which I'm still waiting for 7 MONTHS LATER!
What an embarrassing operation. Do not buy from Coffee Box. I only wish I'd seen the reviews first!

When ordering, they stated they had the item in stock. Which when you make a substantial order you want to make sure your money is safe. I got the usual e-mail we will inform you when it will be dispatched. 4 weeks later nothing, I ask for an update, nothing. A week later I email direct, answer we are having difficulty getting hold of product, hold you had it in stock? Many emails later and telling them I was driving to their made office. Finally I get that my money will be refunded! So no item and luckily I paid through PayPal but they have a 28 day policy. So nearly three months to not have a large chunk of money and no coffee machine! AO sent one in 3 days and cheaper! So much for trying to help local business.
Great Customer Service
When my order for a milk jug was taking longer than it should I contacted Coffee Box via email and they were able to resolve my issue quickly and send me an alternative at no extra cost. Thanks
Brilliant Customer Service
Brilliant Customer Service. I purchased a wilfa svart grinder from coffee box which unfortunately broke after approx 10 months. I contacted Coffee box & the sorted it for me. A brilliant lady called Gina liaised with wilfa direct to get a replacement on my behalf. I’m expecting it in the next few days. I thoroughly recommend this independent company.

The worst customer experience I have…
The worst customer experience I have ever had. After being sold products they didn’t even have in stock and then being promised a refund, I have been waiting over a month for a resolution.
Managed to get the owner - Will Wright (will @ discovercoffee.co.uk for anyone else looking for an update) looking for to respond to my email requesting an update, but he’s gone quiet again after I followed up trying to get my refund.
Scam company
I ordered a coffee grinder from the website. They took my money, I heard nothing from the company, then when I enquired why I hadn't received my grinder they told me it was out of stock. I requested a refund, which they said they would give me. This was 2 weeks ago, I have received no refund and the company doesn't respond to emails or calls.

I was told on multiple occasions that my product had been shipped when it hadn't. It was only shipped when I emailed to cancel the order, I then had the hassle and cost of returning. Please avoid, don't give yourself the stress.

Ordered a 2 porcelain cups (loveramics)almost a montage for £50 and still haven't received the other one! They sent me one only and said that because of the staff shortages my second cups will be sent in a week!
I believe this is a fake company!

The Coffee Was Excellent
The gift set was very good, the coffee was excellent and the cafetiere was big enough to serve one cup of coffee. The only problem I had was that the biscotti that should have been included in the gift set was missing. I contacted customer services and told them about it and they said they would send me a box out but as yet it hasn't arrived so when I place another order today I will send them another email. They said they'd had a problem with their stock of biscotti but you'd think they would have included a note in with the order or an email to let customers know rather than not send anything at all. If it hadn't been for that I would have given them a 5 star rating.

Waited 9 weeks never got my order…. Gave loads of opportunity to sort it… just kept saying ‘hopefully next week’ never contacted me I had to keep chasing. Eventually all they did was refund me. I found the exact products I’d ordered on Amazon and got it delivered next day.
Let you pay for out of stock items!
Regrettably did not read these reviews before ordering. Item I ordered as a gift was not in stock. Received shipment notification however this was a lie. Upon asking I was told the product was not in stock but would be soon… a month later still no sign. They have told me they will process refund, really irritating nonetheless.

Placed order 9th September. 27th chased up order as it had not arrived. was told there was a delay in product and it would be another 7 to 10 days. 4th October i get a email to say product has been dispatched but no tracking info given. 14th October my product has still not arrived so again chase it up to be told item hasn't actually been dispatched and there was a delay .At this point I've lost all confidence in this company and I request to cancel my order and ask for a refund. its now 19th October my previous email has not been acknowledged and still no sign of my order or a refund. Very poor customer service.
