Very disappointing experience with Cobon advertising for Al Rafahia Tourism LLC with Luxury Tours. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1. Your advertisement clearly promised free 4x4 pickup and drop from home after booking, but after we booked and emailed them, nobody checked or responded to the email. On the day of the safari, when we called them, they started changing pickup locations repeatedly — first Dubai Marina Mall, then Ibn Battuta Mall, and finally a meeting point at Al Faaqa Road, which was very far from our home.
2. They promised to compensate AED 50 for fuel, but after the camp show ended, they stopped answering calls and ignored WhatsApp messages.
3. The advertised free buffet and barbecue were not properly guided or managed. There was no representative available to assist us.
4. The promised welcome with dates was never provided.
5. The advertised free juices were also not available except normal drinking water.
6. Throughout the trip, no proper represents the sentative or guide from the company was available to assist, guide, or even see off the guests.

Overall, the service was unprofessional and misleading. The experience did not match the advertisement or promises made at the time of booking.

Extremely frustrating experience. I paid for this tour on Saturday and my payment was processed immediately, however I still have not received the service I paid for.

Over several days I made multiple attempts to contact the reservations team to complete my booking. Every time I only received automated replies saying someone would contact me, but nobody ever did.

At this point I also requested a refund and I am still not receiving any response regarding that either.

As a customer, I paid my money and since then I have been left without support, without assistance, without a confirmed booking, and now without any response regarding my refund request. This has been a very disappointing experience and based on what happened, I would not use this service again.

Good offers , I booked thought them 3 times and I was satisfied with the deals I got .

Zero stars! Absolutely horrendous service. Booked an iftar dinner cruise this month (March 2026) and was told that it was cancelled after taking my money. I asked for a refund and was told they only give store credit. I will not be using their services again so what am I supposed to do with store credit??

It’s about Downtown One Travel & Tourism - Umm Hurair 2 - Dubai, the canal dhow cruise.
I emailed to reserve spots for 3 people for the 8:30 PM cruise. About two hours later I contacted them again to ask if the booking could be moved to another day (in one or two days, whatever suited them better).
Instead of offering any rescheduling option, credit, or alternative date, they immediately insisted that if we did not show up that same evening, the vouchers would be forfeited, repeatedly hiding behind the cancellation policy. There was no willingness to discuss moving the booking, despite the fact that I communicated early, in just two hours from my first mail to them.

I fully understand no-show policies. However, this was not a no-show, it was a timely request to reschedule, which many service providers accommodate, especially when contacted hours in advance.

The interaction felt rigid and transactional rather than customer-focused. Given that food and drinks are included, it unfortunately came across as if the company benefited more from guests not attending than from actually hosting them.

Recommended my friend to buy tickets for dubai park but when they reached there the tickets were not working. And he bought 5 tickets for him and the family. Am lucky that mine worked but have already heard alot of complaints of people buying tickets and they don’t work. I don’t recommend it at all

Best offer i found for Miracle garden ticket. i paid only AED 89 only.

Cobone has misleading information and purposely the information given is limited to twist the plot. I have experienced this twice and i promise to my self that i will never purchase from Cobone as they do not provide refund as well and their customer care refuses rudely.

Avoid this company at all costs. They advertise services that aren’t actually available and then shift the blame onto the customer for not confirming beforehand. If it’s unavailable, why list it in the first place? Totally unacceptable. I will never do business with them again. Ever.

Perfect offers and deals

We were sent the wrong tickets. For one park, not two. Despite the confirmation saying two parks. And them selling lower priced tickets for one park. So clearly not a misunderstanding, but an error on their part. Customer service is appalling. They don’t read messages. Don’t take accountability for sorting out their mistakes. One to avoid.

Extremely unhelpful customer service. Did not entertain genuine request to extend the usage of a voucher or even issue a gift credit.

Very reliable platform and valid vouchers

I purchased four tickets for Global Village, but when I arrived, I was informed that they had expired, even though I never used them. I reached out to customer service both in person and over the phone, but I received no response. I would like a refund or valid replacement tickets.

Really not helpful at all . They charged my card and the voucher which they sent is not opening in my phone or any other device , went to their App there also same issue . Instead of solving that they send unwanted emails .
