I really can’t rate Coast to Castle highly enough.
The house sale was probate, for my late Dad, so a fairly emotional time.
Laura was extremely professional and very friendly from the first time we met right through to completion. We put the house on the market at a fairly unpopular time in October, and accepted an offer within a month, which was down to Laura’s excellent marketing and securing a lot of viewings. Laura was so informative and on top of all developments. She had a difficult job managing the buyer’s solicitors, who proved to be pretty appalling, fortunately our solicitors were great. Laura was available at all times and even answered calls and emails out of hours. She really went above and beyond. The service we received was exemplary and I would highly recommend Coast to Castle’s services to anyone.

We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment.

She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.

A nice easy guided process of selling my house, Laura was exceptional and sold my property super fast, great service all round. Very happy

Laura and David totally deserve a 5 star rating for their buisness. Laura went above and beyond to make sure that the sale was as smooth as possible. She was reassuring, genuine and always there at the end of the phone 24/7.
We would highly recommend their service and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Coast to Castle are fantastic. I was in a chain of 9 which was an absolute nightmare but Laura was absolutely brilliant, she chased up things almost every day and helped me so much. I was able to contact her whenever I wanted even if it was quite late at night and she was always ready to help. Laura and David are a lovely couple and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody, they are brilliant Estate Agents.
