I ordered an I pad air back in April, 2 weeks later no sign of the item. I was given a tracking number and it said not delivered can't access the address which surprised me as the address is a terraced house on a main road. I was promised redelivery for the next day but it didn't show up and the tracking still said that they can't access the address. I lost confidence quickly with this company so I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order and get their courier to send the parcel back to them. They said this was cancelled but I chased it a couple of days later to find out that it hadn't been cancelled so I was lied too. I spoke to someone called mark over the online chat and he assured me that the order had now been cancelled and they will recall the parcel from their courier , and granted I did receive a refund the next day and i also received an email from them to say that they have received the parcel back from their courier. A couple of weeks later I was still receiving emails from them to say my order is ready for dispatch even though it was cancelled and I had received my refund ?? The courier even called me to find out what happend to the parcel which is ridiculous . I was going to hold off from doing a review but they called me yesterday to chase up the parcel as it is missing so I had to go through it with them all again and explain that I NEVER RECIEVED THE IPAD clearly their courier have lost the parcel. It's been so frustrating and stressful dealing with this company, they don't know whether their coming or going. Very poor avoid them like the plague it's not worth the saving.

I'll keep this review as brief as possible, I purchased a Xbox One limited edition controller from this store for my son on the 7th of May, I paid with Paypal (Thank goodness!) They took my money happily enough. Delivery was suggested as being 3 -5 days. Two weeks later I sent them an message asking where it was. (At this point I noticed the item had been taken off their website) A week later still no reply, so I sent them an email. Three days later, still no reply so I raised a case with Paypal, on the 27th. Four days later they got a response from Clubprivate, and refunded the money. I did get an email from clubprivate stating "Your order has been rejected‏" However they provided no explanation as to why it was rejected. All i can say is Thank you paypal! Had I not paid through them, I would have never got my money back.

Where do I start? Ordered a monitor bundle on the 9th of May. Confirmation of my order came through and that it had been viewed. After a week nothing changed so I gave it another chance, and after more time and numerous attempts to find out what happened with my order I filed a claim on PayPal. Today I have received my refund but what shoddy service!!!! I did not get any response to why my order was rejected and no one was bothered enough to tell me what was going on.

I will NEVER recommend club private to anyone. If it's too good to be true folks, it is. Don't even deserve one star.

I ordered an Xbox One PC Controller on 07.05.2015. It says 5-7 day Delivery. A week later it hadn't even dispatched and I spoke to a customer service advisor who reassured me "you'll guaranteed receive it by 18.05. the latest". Now it's 20.05. and it still doesn't say dispatched. Nobody answers the phone. Have raised this escalated straightaway to a Paypal claim, as the other reviewer was able to surprisingly as well. DO NOT BUY HERE - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!

Ich habe am 07.05.2015 einen Xbox One PC Controller bestellt. Es sollte normalerweise innerhalb 5-7 Werktagen geliefert werden. Eine Woche spaeter war es immer noch nicht versandt und ein Kundenbetreuer im online chat versicherte mir, dass ich den Artikel spaetestens am 18.05. erhalten haben sollte. Am 20.05. war der Artikel immer noch nicht als versandt markiert, also versuchte ich die Kundenbetreuung nochmals zu erreichen - ohne Erfolg. Auf Paypal habe ich dies umgehend in einen "claim" eskaliert. Wie in einer anderen Bewertung auf Trustpilot beschrieben, war dies sofort moeglich.

I purchased a Network backup drive system.

It seemed a good price and I got a confirmation email but no goods.

Its been several weeks now, can't get anyone to answer the phone, nothing from emails.

I have used PayPal so raised a claim with them, interesting thing is when I hit submit it allowed me to escalate it to a full claim straight away rather than having to wait. Makes me think I'm not the first person having issues.

I would not use this company again.

Back on 25th April, I ordered a thrustmaster t300 steering wheel which is a pretty expensive piece. The price on this store was good. It said the item was in stock and uk delivery was quoted as 5 - 7 days. It's now the 13th of May and still no item. Avoid this company like the plague.

Although the website is new, the Germany company who owns it seems substantial but the UK operation is useless. They don't answer emails. They will answer the phone in UK but you get empty promises like 'I'll email you the tracking info' and then they don't bother. I called last week and was assured the parcel was coming on Monday (it's now Wednesday). I was assured it has shipped but still nothing. I've sent several compaining emails amd get no reply.

If you look at the site it says on every item that it is in stock. I can only assume this is a lie as I've been waiting for over two weeks now. I've been offered no compensation either.

Very poor customer services. If that is how they think they can build a business, by ignoring and being rude with their customers, then they should think again.

I recently purchased a monitor ASUS VX238H from Club Private and was very impressed with the service. They had a great price £119, chaper than anywhere. I called before ordering to customer helpline about stock and get a very swift confirmation, placed the order on the Free Economy shipping option and received the monitor only a couple of days later. I would recommend Club Private to anybody!
