Fast, friendly and efficient service

I have recently had 7 window panes replaced and the team that did it were excellent. From the initial visit for the estimate, which was quick, simple and very professional, right through to the actual installation.

The team that came to install were outstanding. So courteous and professional, and when they left, everything was as it was before they arrived, apart from the sparkling new windows.

It seems to me that the standard of service I receive is pretty level now, but this team went above and beyond to deliver excellence. I could not have expected more from them, truly brilliant.

On the spot quote pre-fitting,arrived on time & completed within time - the fitters at JLR Maintenance Ltd were courteous, friendly, polite, efficient - gave us some good pointers and tips regarding care for the window replacements. No hard sell, just good, honest advice. Serviced our sticking front door as a no charge courtesy. It was a difficult job removing the 28 panes they were replacing as had been in place some 22 years. Work has a good guarantee. Very competitive price for quality argon filled panes.

We had two windows changed due to fogging up inside the glass. I phoned them up made an appointment and they turned up on the day. They were both very friendly gave us the quote how much it would be and then later that day got the quote on email to comfirm it. The company said it would be probably take just under a month to get the glass made to fit our window frames which was ok.
On the day of fitting the team turned up on time I think they were a little bit early which I didn’t mind and just let them get on with the job. It didn’t take them long to fit the two windows which was nice and they even cleaned up after them. We paid for the windows over the phone. They even told us if we register the install online we would get a 25 year guarantee. That process was very easily done online.
I’m very pleased with the service I got with this company and I will definitely use them again if I need to in the future.

1st class service

Accurate assessment of problem.
Replacement unit within a hardwood frame such that there was no damage to the frame. Not easy.
Two very positive and communicative technicians who took out the old and inserted replacement with skill and patience.
Considering time/ travel/ initial assessment, price was appropriate.

Saw the advert in our local book and heard the advertisement on the radio so contacted and very pleasant and helpful young man came and quoted for 4 replacement window units, very acceptable and quote sent by email so we knew it was a very professional company who came a week later to fit the units and very professional and clean, no upfront costs until we were happy with the result. Extremely pleased and would happily use again if needed in the future and would highly recommend. 25 year guarantee will outlast us!!

CloudytoClear were good communicators, quick workers, and considerate throughout.
They replaced upstairs bay window panes as well as the downstairs bay. No fuss, very polite.

The staff are great! Everyone from customer service to the fitters are friendly and professional. The fitters tidy up their mess too! They’ve replaced all of our cloudy glass now apart from two panes, however as soon as they are ready I’ll definitely be using Cloudy2clear.
