Polite & efficient service. Product as good as described.

Excellent service. Very precise with measurements. Daniel replaced 2 window panels with ease, completing in 30 minutes with minimal disruption, leaving site clean and tidy. My windows now look perfect and have a 25 year guarantee. Cannot recommend enough. Much cheaper than replacing whole window. (A window company said replacing a panel could not be done, C2C proved them wrong).Daniel also advised that they do other things including replacing locks/handles. C2C will definitely be my first port of call for any window problems.

This is the second time I have used Cloudy2Clear and on both occasions I found their work to be excellent. They were quick and efficient, and I was delighted with the appearance of my "new" windows.
My only reservation was that I requested an afternoon visit but they arrived late morning, so that I had to alter my arrangements for the day, having failed to get a reply when I tried to telephone their office.

Great Service.. I found the people at Cloudy2clear from the Gatwick office very helpful and and provided competitive prices. The fitter that came was very efficient and kept disruption to the minimum. I noticed that there was a slight defect in one of the units fitted after the fitter had left but found customer service was great and responsive. A replacement unit was reordered and fitted within days. Great service overall. Would use again.

I had 13 double glazed sealed units replaced by Cloudy 2 clear last month. My branch was Gatwick. Did a great job, and took the old glass away. I read reviews b4 placing my order and a lot of people were complaining about their cloudy2clear company not taking away the old glass. So I questioned this with my branch and they put it in an email that they definitely would dispose of the old units, and they most certainly did. All in all very pleased with my branch of cloudy2clear. Professional, tidy and efficient. Would recommend. This is a franchise operation. I can only review on the branch that I used near me.

Glazing was replaced by the franchisee in a very professional and timely manner. The whole process from the first contact getting a quote and execution was first rate.

Your two craftsmen Max & Ollie completed an absolutely superb repair of the glazing in my hardwood window frames. Having replaced the double glazing units with the new ones that they brought in, it is impossible to see how cleverly they have carried out the work. The outside woodwork still looks like new without any sign of their repairs.
They were both perfect gentlemen, very polite, courteous and cheery in their attention to detail.
They would be my top choice by far, whenever I need similar work completed. Congratulations!
