Technical Assistance for Upgrade Problems
Response was responsive followed by a correct diagnosis of the problem. Much better than Odoo's service.

Looks very promising but not working really well !
Depending of your request they answer you by email or you have to open ticket on their website, very confusing...
Their system never succeeded to connect at our server although it was properly configured and remote SSH access was working.
Technical support not very fast to answer.
Control panel buggy: no logs of errors encountered, no details
The service looks clearly not fully operational and not working well.

We are sorry we couldn't get your server connected. As we discussed in our final email, our automation requires standard web ports (80/443) to be open for initial provisioning and SSL validation. Since you needed a strictly internal server and chose not to open those ports, our system was unable to complete the setup.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the error logs and are working to make those more visible in the dashboard for future updates.

Useless AI support cripples the product.
They changed product support from live chat to a useless bot with AI. Now you won’t get answers an wait for days without response. Stay away from this service, nether thought I would say this once.

Nothing works, and there isn’t any useful information on their website. The support is useless.
I waited a few hours for an answer; the chat is useless.

To clarify and as mentioned in the chat: you were unable to provision a server simply because your card payment failed. We have since updated our system to show a more detailed declined payment error message when purchasing a server, so the reason for a declined payment is immediately clear.

The moment I saw the Cloudpepper…
The moment I saw the Cloudpepper platform first time, I said "This is it!
A solution built by great people.
I was initially hesitant to switch because we have so many Odoo customers.
During a serious testing process, I was very impressed with their approach to customer needs, subject matter mastery, business discipline and great communication.
It was not easy to convince my team to migrate all our customers. We migrated a few of our customers to Cloudpepper and my team was very happy with the support.
Then we decided to migrate all our customers.
It's a great solution built by really great people. It saves a lot of workload.
We trust Cloudpepper and we love it.

Amazing product, amazing service!
Cloudpepper is great as a hosting management for Odoo servers, is it community or enterprise.
We are an official Odoo partner and do host all our project with Cloudpepper.
The service is amazing, one can really tell those guys are brilliant at what they do.
All in all, we love Cloudpepper and will continue to use it to host a few dozen Odoo instances with it!
