I am happy with the way they work and shifted my things from Chennai to odisha but they took so much time....if u ask again and again then only they reply otherwise not that's why I reduce once star otherwise customer service is very good also carefully they send your things.

Took 12 days to deliver goods from ranchi to hyderabad, portal charged extra 500 at the time of delivery, didn't assembled the bed correctly. Overall good service.

This is the worst company. At the time of delivery they are creating a lot of issues. They are not particular about time and date.They are sharing our number with unprofessionals. They are behaving like nonsense. Asking money in the name of this company. Finally can't be recommended to any one.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this package delivery service. Despite clear instructions not to fold my mattress, they went ahead and folded it, causing potential damage. Moreover, they promised a swift delivery in 2 days, but it ended up taking a frustrating 5 days. This level of service is completely unacceptable and left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Excellent...Reliable, dependable and polite staff who are patient and willing to listen to customer concerns and resolve them. Particularly want to mention Mr Tapan for his customer friendly attitude and easy and efficient way of handing our job.
