Great overall Juice business!
I specifically order flavours and bottles from CHV since they have such diversity in brands,
and their bulk prices are the best around without compromising quality.

Also their solution for shake'n'vape bundles is a great way around the TPD restrictions.

The smiley on every invoice and their fast reply in customer service, lightens the experience even further!

Honestly My experience with these guys was dead on arrival, I recently stumbled on their website by accident, and was very happy to find out that they do MBV Juice, and in particular French Coumarin Pipe which I have been vaping for years, I have been an MBV customer for years now and all was going great till they stopped doing more than 30ml bottles for Shipping and stopped flavor shots due to FDA regulations. Nevertheless I have still been ordering my Coumarin Juice from MBV.

When I saw Cloudhouse vapor, I was very happy, they are in Europe, and I am in Nigeria, much closer than USA (makes shipping much easier), also they did large 250ML Bottles and Flavour Shots (which MBV stopped), so I immediately setup an account, did my order, went to checkout and saw that only 2 options for payment was given, Bank Transfer, and Bitcoin, I was surprised as Paypal was an option on their website. I sent Nathan an email, he immediately replied and said that due to fradulent activities from Nigeria, Paypal wasn't showing up on order from Nigeria (which is odd since the whole point of using Paypal is to avoid Fraud for the buyer/seller). He suggested sending me a Paypal request, which I accepted, and paid him (about 180 Euros). Everything great so far.

Two days later Nathan sends me an email telling me my order is ready but there is an issue with the address I put on my account on cloudhousevapor.com and my Paypal address, there was a difference in the Postal Code (even though street address and number and everything else is exactly the same), and that they can only ship to the Paypal address. I told him to go ahead and ship to the Paypal address (since both the Paypal and my account address are the same except for the Zip code which I explained to him)

After that my order was put on hold, I sent him two emails over two days after that asking the reason for this, there was no reply, then after three days I receive a refund from Paypal for the amount, and the reason he used for the refund was "Refund due to Fraud risk", I also sent him an email after that which he also didn't reply. I even tried calling him to solve this issue, he didn't take my call. I have been buying over the web through paypal and my credit cards for almost an entire decade, this is the first time somebody treats me like this. I have never felt so insulted, where I am suddenly a fraud risk, and God knows how on earth I could be a fraud risk when I have already paid the amount through Paypal. And even if this was the case where for some reason he thinks I am a Fraud Risk, he could have had the decency or courtesy to talk to me about this or ask me to provide him with any additional details like a photo ID or something that can prove that I am genuine. But Nathan couldn't be bothered, and didn't even respond to my emails. As Far as Nathan is concerned, he has decided I am a Fraud risk and should be avoided and not have my mails replied to. He seems to have Fraud Phobia or something. I mean I understand that Nigeria as a country is High fraud risk, Believe me I know, I myself am an expat living here, but how can I be fraud when you have already taken my money for God's sake? This guy clearly doesn't understand how fraud works, It's back to MBV.com for me, they have always been Professional, courteous, and prompt, they also never saw me as a Fraud risk, infact no one ever has. He has extremely big shoes to fill. I mean I couldn't careless if he wants to Ship or not Ship to Nigeria, it's him not having the decency or professionalism to send an email or at least reply my emails.Nathan just lost thousands of dollars a year because of the way he treated me. I have many friends here with me that order from MBV, and all would have flocked to cloudhouse.com if all had went well. Well done Nathan!!! I honestly don't know whether it is relevant to report this to MBV too, since he is also advertising their products. My advice to everyone, don't you dare make any mistakes on your address, otherwise you will be banned and considered fraudulent. I will also be posting this review on Facebook for everyone to know, you can't treat people like this. From the reviews I have seen, this guy Nathan seems to be a nice guy, it's quite unfortunate that this is the attitude he used with me.

After i started using cloudhousevapor i have not gone back to the previous places i used before.

DIY base liquids at any vg/pg ratio, high quality at low prices.
DIY flavors are top of the line and I usually get samples of other flavors.
Last time i ordered 2 flavors i got 5 samples for free.
Low shipping cost also.
Always a smiley on the invoice and a discount for returning costumers.
They have a point system as well to award loyal customers.

I haven't been able to find a store that even comes close to the prices of Cloudhouse, their delivery is free in many cases and it's fast too! Hand written message on my order, and very good service overal! 5/5 Hands down.

Ordered from this site back in april. Liquids were very top quality. Delivery took only 2 days and on top of everything I got almost 20ml of free liquids and hand written thank you letter for ordering with some cute stickers! :) Loved this place and now going to order some more stuff.

I got sent what can only be said as the wrong base liquid - as I compared it with my friends who ordered the same liquid as me (but with a slightly lower mg of nicotine) to which we realised they were a completely different consistency and mine was absolutely vile to use... I wasted a load of my DIY flavours trying to make something "ok" in case it was something i was doing.. But once being given some of my friends they were all fine and wonderful. I emailed to say that I think I was sent the wrong base liquid - and that was 12 days ago... I have had no answer. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered about 30 different MBV Juices to try out the flavours. It came in very quickly and they even included a personal note which I loved, but they forgot 1. I contacted them and they messaged me back that they're sorry and that would send out the missing juice asap. It came in even quicker than the first package and they sent me a larger size with a personal apology note. Will definitely order again!
