the jacket is beautiful, can not complain at all. website would not let me log in and check the progress of the jacket. in fact it said I did not have an order. contacted customer service twice about the issue and they did not resolve it at all. just said the jacket was in production. until I threatened to contact the credit card I purchased with to cancel payment did the respond to me telling when the jacket would be done. quality work, poor customer service...

I purchased a lettermans jacket for my daughter. We personalized it. We were very happy with this jacket. It is made well and it was cheaper than our local store that sells them.

Quick responses to any of my questions, came quicker than I was expecting & my jacket is awesome, would definitely order another one.

I love my jacket and would recommend. The only reason I have not marked it as a 5 starts is because the jacket is slightly too big on me. I had emailed them asking what size would fit me the best (I was between a small and medium) I assumed my jacket would be sized to me (Like they say) but I was recommended that a medium would fit me perfectly. When the jacket arrived it was perfect and amazing look with perfect colors and stitching it is just a tad to big but other than that amazinf

I ordered this jacket for my daughter. The ordering process was easy, and I really liked that they would not ship the finished product until I had approved the design and pictures. It did not take long for the jacket to be ready, only about 3 1/2 weeks. I approved the pictures and had the jacket in just a few days. It looks AMAZING! The colors are spot on, and the detail work is incredible. Thank you so much for such a great looking jacket...my daughter will LOVE it!!

Some of the colors are a little lighter than on my design but it’s pretty awesome anyways! Also it took a while for anything to be said to me but I finally got an email!
