I ordered from Closora and the quality was great. Delivery was smooth and the product matched the description. Happy with my purchase!

Their images look beautiful online, but the products (shoes in my case) shipped from China and were so cheaply made and not representative of the product being shown, and intensely chemically smelling - through the shipping package. Also, beware if ordering shoes. They do not come in a box but rather loose in a bag so the shoes get misshapen in transit. When trying to return (after 3 attempts to get ahold of them) they say the product is fine and will make you pay shipping to take back their misrepresented product - or offer you a partial store credit. Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company. Very disappointing.

These clothes are just cheap junk. Definitely not as pictured at all. The fit is all super wide and the fabric is so cheap.

I believed their photograph of a lovely dark brown boot with a black toe. the boots were well photographed. When I ordered them I found that the shipping information was from CHINA. I was deeply horrified. They say their company is in Sheridan Wyoming. Liars. Also they have a middleman in Los Angeles California. The boots arrived and they were so very very cheap, poor quality materials and deeply dreadfully awful for 65.00. I called them on it and called them out . I have reported them to the BBB and FBI. I will not even try to get my money back because I don't trust them with my bank card already. A sucker is born every minute. Don't be one. Look up the company before you make a purchase. MilanoLegacy is also a Chinese firm. Makes you want to hate the Chinese, but they are not all like this so don't ..... Spread the word. If you want good items, buy USA and from Banana Republic, Nordstrom, etc..... I would love to show up at the factory in China and toss in a flame thrower to the whole works but for now.... just swallow my pride and toss the garbage boots in the garbage. Even Walmart would not carry crap like this.

Poor quality and very misleading photos! Once you request a return they ask for photos, then offer a portion of the amount paid and will advise there's not an issue with the product. The workmanship and quality of the boots were the absolute worst I've ever seen.

The quality is pretty good considering the price point. I ordered a sweater and it feels soft and wearable. It took some patience for delivery, but once it arrived, I was satisfied with the purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I had No idea but what I received Is not what’s pictured! I ordered A Teddy coat and it’s more like an oversized, unlined ugly robe! It’s horrible! I’ve applied for refund but who knows?? If I dont Get it, this will be thrown away! It’s awful! Not even would Walmart sell it. It was $53!! Crazy! Never again!!!

The product for little resemblance to the picture. The suede fabric and chew were made of a light cardboard. When I attempted to send it back, I was told I'd have to pay full price for customs and shipping back to China. They only offered a 50% return and suggested I share it with a friend. The more I pushed, the smaller my refund became .
So terribly disappointed with the whole experience.

My American friend was thrilled with the present I sent her from Closora. The delivery was quick and arrived in time for her birthday. Very smooth and stress-free shopping experience!

Nice fashion pieces for everyday wear. I bought a dress and it looked very similar to the photos. Fabric was lightweight and comfortable, perfect for casual outings. Customer service replied when I had a sizing question, which I appreciated.

Whatever you do, do not purchase from this site. I made the mistake of ordering before I read the reviews. The reviews were awful and they lived up to it. The shoes were not what was advertised. They were poorly made and what was supposed to leather turned out to be some type of thick plastic. I the shoes are fit for the trash. I jus had to write this review to try and save someone else from being ripped off like I was. All I can say is never again.

They Advertised leather boots and sent plastic trash with threads hanging. I tried to be polite and said that they don’t look like what was pictured and they said I need to return the boots to an address in China, with insurance and tracking if I wanted my money back. The mailing label on the package they sent them in, clearly says Jamaica, NY.

Please don’t waist your money or time.
They don’t answer the phone and they try to bargain for you to keep the item and they will give you a few dollars of your money back! They email you back and forth hoping you get tired and give up!

Scammers, I wanted All of my money back! And I got it, bc I have a bank that doesn’t play games with scammers!

Worst company ever. Complete scam. Make returns impossible. Inaccurate website descriptions. Pictures that hide logos parts of clothes that would never make you want those clothes in the first place. I hope they go out of business
