Worst closet company in Tampa Bay and Orlando. With so many options I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Designs didn’t match the initial installation. Owners changed the wall a shelf was on without giving my wife or I a heads up, called it immaterial. Very poor quality fabrication and installation. Owners minimized our concerns. It took 4 times to get it right. Logan, the installation manager, was apathetic. Same owners in Tampa and Orlando. Go somewhere else. (See pictures linked.) We are doing three more closets and going with a different company.

Love my closet build for child room. Alanna the designer created a super organized plan, Jose the installer was effiencent and courteous . ANDY is awesome!!!! He came in and did a service check and made tricks of the trade adjustments. He was engaging and informative. Thanks Closet Factory!!!

Fantastic experience! The installers Arturo and Camilo were truly amazing. They were professional and efficient. Anticipated two days to complete the job and they got it done in one! Everything looks great

Well it's been 13 months since Closet Factory started my project... I had to find another company to finish the job which voids their so called "lifetime warranty". The new Houston franshise owner, Joe Ali, is a rude ill-mannered child. Closet Factory corporate is aware of how Joe treats his employees and customers but refuses to acknowledge the complaints. Phone calls and emails will go unanswered. There's gaps in the corners and edges weren't trimmed properly. They installed silver hinge caps which didnt match the rest of the hardware. Just flat out refused to fix. Don't believe the 5 star reviews... they're fake or paid.

Thank you to Costco for making it right and to The Tailored Closet for finishing the job Closet Factory refused to do!

A gentlemen called Armando L. Working for the company harasses women online. The company is removing all the comments and blocking people who want to raise the awareness, as the customers and especially women customers are in danger. Be careful ladies. Also we await the company to assure the customers we are safe now and he’s no longer working for the business. It’s an incredible harm for a good performing business.

Sylvia did a fantastic job designing my closets. She actively listened to my needs, looked at the spaces, understood my budget and came up with a fantastic plan. Furthermore, Thaylon did an excellent job with the installation of my closets. He was respectful of my home and even came back to make a minor adjustment. I highly recommend them!

Right from the initial quote with cam to the oversight with Cassandra, everything was easy, on time, well communicated and professionally done.
We had procrastinated for quite a while mainly because of concerns of the cost. But they really worked with us and helped us design exactly what we needed at a price that was affordable to us. The installers were on time in arriving and got the job done in the amount of time promised.
They made sure to clean behind themselves so that you couldn't tell they had been here.
It's been a month now or so and we are just so happy with the results. Thank you so much closet factory!

Disappointed with Closet Factory’s “Lifetime Warranty” – Beware!

We had our closets installed by Closet Factory just last year, and we’re already seeing major issues. The corners of the units are splitting apart (see photo), which clearly indicates poor craftsmanship or material quality.

We reached out to Closet Factory under the assumption that their “lifetime warranty” would cover something so basic and recent. Shockingly, we were told that in order to fix their own defective work, we’d need to pay a $195 “roll-out fee” just to have someone come assess and repair it. That’s not a warranty — that’s a service charge disguised as one.

Their response? “This can be fixed. We charge a roll-out fee of $195 for the installers to cover any assessment, on-the-spot fixes, and installations done after the first installation is completed.” So what exactly does their “lifetime warranty” cover? Apparently not much — or at least not without charging you again.

What’s worse is this company is partnered with Costco, which we trusted for its reputation and customer protection. This experience doesn’t reflect the Costco standards we expected.

If you're considering Closet Factory because of the "lifetime warranty" — think twice. That promise seems to come with a price tag. Very disappointed.

We had estimates from other companies no one could compare to the experience .Devon Lyons was an amazing young man and did an outstanding job you are very lucky to have such a great person in your company. We had all of our bedroom closets, study room, pantry, laundry room and garage done through the Closet Factory over the last 3-4 months after we moved into our new home in Wesley Chapel. Kamila Correa did all of the design and Simon installed most of the interior and garage closets, including the study. We went through many customizations, including a glass door cabinet for our master bedroom and a perfect study room wall. Thanks to Kamila for her patience and dedication on the design. Thanks to Simon for a great job on the installation - also very clean before and after, Thank you!

Sylvia designed the plans for my 3 bedroom closets. Her professionalism and attention to detail were very obvious. Trevor was the installer assigned to the job. a very hard worker that was diligent to projection completion. Sylvia made a follow up visit to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. I recently purchased closet factory closets . I was amazed by the professionalism by the representative Shadad and the installer Tom. They were very courteous and went that extra mile to make us feel at ease with our decisions. We will HIGHLY recommend to work with Tom-installer and Shadad-representative

The final design was nothing like the original plan. We we completely dissatisfied. We will never use this company again.

I had the pleasure of working with Amy again! She helped me a few years ago designing a work desk, that came out beautiful. The design works with all our needs for our home and business. She was exceptional in her field! Such a nice, personable, and I was so happy I was able to work with her again.
This year I decided to have my closest done. What a difference it made! I figured she did a great job designing the office let her design the closet and again beautifully done! Evan was the installer all by him self did an excellent job! He was so pleasant an expert in his field. Everything was cleaned up and perfect!
I don't remember the first installers names for our office, but my husband and I couldn't believe how professional they were also. So polite, on time and great clean up.
I would highly recommend Amy and Evan and of course Closet Factory

Lori Kasten beautifully designed our bedroom walk in closets. She, and the team who built them, were professional, thorough, and friendly. Their work was precise and the area surrounding the closets was very well cared for and clean during the entire process. Next Lori designed our garage, and Rogerio was a master at fitting the components on the walls. He too, was professional, thorough, and friendly. The painters and the people who installed the floor were also excellent. Our project was completed as scheduled, too. We are thrilled!

We had the pleasure of working with Anastasiia from Closet Factory on two projects—first a beautifully designed pantry, and later, two thoughtfully crafted closets. From start to finish, Anastasiia's expertise and attention to detail were evident.

I had my laundry done by Closets By Design and not only was it difficult to get them back on some repair issues but after the job was done, I never received a follow up from the designer, placed several calls and never called back. I had a hamper installed and never once suggested or asked if I wanted a liner for the hamper. After working twice with Closet Factory and now on a new project an office, I would never use any other company again.
I highly recommend Closet Factory; you won't be disappointed!

I received great service from everyone at Closet Factory, that I interacted with. Follow up on my initial inquiry was fast. Sylvia came to our come and looked at the space. She listened to my needs and made recommendations. She was able to design a concept and provide a process same day. Trevor Installed our closets on the date and time that was agreed to by Sylvia. Trevor worked quickly and was professional the entire day. The closets are exactly as planned and everything was clean including my floors and baseboards. Sylvia and Trevor are both rockstars, and we are very happy we chose Closet Factory.

Just had my closet installed yesterday by DeAndre and it turned out beautiful! Last night I couldn’t wait to fill it up and I even added everything in from a large dresser and I still have extra space leftover. Thomas did a great job with the design and helping me choose colors. DeAndre was very professional and cleaned up after himself.

Terrible experience. Renderings weren’t emailed. Was told the contract was changed but it wasn’t. If I have to work this hard to spend money I will go elsewhere

We had three closets installed and they all are perfect. Tori was our installer and she did an excellent job. She was very professional, on time, very precise about the instillation. I will request her for our next job. Well done!!!
