I bought a pair of clogs for my son's Christmas gift. Upon arrival, they had an indentation in the toe box of the shoe. I contacted customer service twice before they responded to me. I asked him how to start the return process and they wanted to know why I wanted to return them. I informed them of the flaw in the shoe, they were too small and of very poor quality. When they replied, they assured me that the indentation would smooth out. Completely disregarding my request to return. I addressed the return process once again only to be told that I was not able to return the item. All sales are final. Generally, there are many indicators prior to your purchase, making you aware of this. I went to the website to confirm the return policy and it definitely states that all sales are final. However, there is not one regular priced item on the entire website. Needless to say, I should have looked before I purchased but it's definitely a shady process. Buyer beware!

I made an order, and I got an email saying it would take 5-7 days to arrive, and it took 2 months for me to get the shoes. The shoes came much too big, so I tried to reach out to get a refund, and I got no reply. Then, a few days after I got my order, I received an email saying I made another order, which I definitely did not make, so I emailed the company telling them to cancel the order and refund me, but the person said that it was too late, because the order had already shipped, and I couldn't get my money back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. Do not buy anything from this company it is a total scam.

I’m extremely disappointed with this business. Despite the countless ads on Instagram and other social media platforms claiming high quality and fast shipping — and even stating they’re based in Chicago — the reality is quite different. Orders are actually shipped from China, which is misleading. On top of that, their customer service is terrible, often taking days to respond or not responding at all to concerns. If you’re thinking about buying from this business, my advice is: don’t. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind.

Fake shipping times (they come from China, takes about 6 weeks), fake reviews (note there is nowhere to add a review on the site), and fake refund policy - they do not take returns on “sale” items, but the entire website is always on sale.

Order arrived in a plastic bag the shoes were not boxed but in another plastic bag they also had a strange smell to them as well. Also they did not fit my son as per their charted shoe size chart. Very poorly designed and not much material to them either.

Total scammers. Took my sons money, no order came then charged him AGAIN for no reason and no help through their “customer service”.

Takes about a month for your shoes to come. Poor quality. And they enroll you in a rewards program automatically in which they charge $29.99 a month. Scam!

Scammers! They automatically subscribed me to a VIP group and then when I asked about it and wanted a refund they said they could not refund. The shoes are also bad quality and they took 2 months to get here. When asked about a refund for the shoes they also make that impossible.

I have also received many more spam calls and texts since buying from them.

Scam company do not buy. They have charged my account but say I have not completed my order. I called their number and it was a “we are unable to complete your call”. I emailed them demanding my money back. I know, I know. I am also disputing the charges with my bank.

Order a month ago and company said they delivered the shoes. Have security cameras and there hasn't been a delivery. Been trying to contact through email with no response. Now working with credit card company to go after them. They are a scam and just take your money. Buy at a local place to save yourself a headache with company like this that look real but aren't.

brought a pair months ago. the quality is horrible and looks nothing like advertised. they’re also taking money out of my bank account and acting as if i brought something off their website when i never did. this has happened twice now PLEASE DONT BUY OFF THEM!

Horrible service! No responses to emails, and shipping is the worst I have seen. They use an extremely slow China shipping method that does not track your order properly—waste of money. Do not buy from here

Scam company , they steal your money and do not deliver

Runs big. I wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9—should’ve gone with 8. Still keeping them.

They’re alright. A little stiff for my taste but I’ll keep wearing them to break them in more.

I didn’t even buy anything. I added two items to my card and at the checkout the price was doubled. So of course I said nah, didn’t go through with my purchase. However, next day I saw in my account that they took the money! And after contacting my bank, they said that they tried to do two more transactions! LOL what a scam. Thankfully my bank recovered the money that was taken. So please don’t fall for these scammers.

Placed an order that finally arrived a month later. Shoes were way too big (ordered a womens 8, these are a mens 8/womens 9.5). The shoes didn’t even come packaged in a box! Customer service is not helpful. Was also charged for a subscription that I did not authorize. Totally disappointed and now angry. Quality is poor, customer service is HORRIBLE.

Bought a pair of Clogg’s shoes. A month later another charge shows up for a “VIP membership” for buying cheap shoes? It doubles the price I ended up paying for the shoes. No way to get a refund on the subscription - just cancel. Wouldn’t recommend.

They’re okay. Maybe my expectations were too high. Just feels like a decent house slipper.

I placed an order. Then read reviews because I hadn't received any confirmation about my order. Today is day 7, I sent a email to the support email listed and asked for my order to be canceled and a refund issued. The "Maddy J" responded back unfortunately we can't issue a cancelation the order has been processed. Now I am wanting to contact the BBB. I have been swindled out of $100. DONT TRUST THIS SITE!
