By coming together as a co-operative it gives all members access to low cost loans, as little as 8.7% APR.As an ethical lender we assess each loan application on individual circumstances thereby enabling us to consider everyone, irrespective of their credit status or personal circumstances.

Quick and easy process
It was my first time using any credit union. I didnt have photo ID, so the selfie picture is a great idea. From first starting the loan process to actually getting the loan in my bank was 2 weeks n this was because I didn't have photo ID so had to get relevant paper work that could be used. The people who dealt with me from the Nottingham based office were professional, polite and extremely helpful. My overall experience has been great so far.

Don’t be afraid to talk the advisors are great
I have been a a clockwise customer for almost two years and each time I have needed assistance the girls and guys on the other end on the phone are always so patient and helpful. They make sure to explain everything clearly to ensure you as the customer don’t feel like details have been missed. Their telephone manner is so good, I don’t usually like talking on the phone especially when it involves finances but everyone I have spoken to ensures to keep the conversation light and I don’t mind having the tougher conversations.
