Clip customer service refunded my paid amount in full after I informed them that the Merchant with whom I bought the certificate would not accept the cliff certificate. They credited my credit card account immediately.

Should never use this company at all, not reliable, liars.

Every once in awhile, Clipp has coupons that I use for local restaurants. The deals are amazing. Dining out is very expensive and these coupons are a bargain. I only use the ones for my favorite restaurants and have never been refused at the table to use the coupon. Unfortunately, there aren't a bunch in my area. Sometimes the printable coupon does not show up right away, but a customer service reply is very prompt and my coupon always appears. I will continue to use Clipp coupons as long as they are offered.

I purchased offers but forgot my password. I went to CLIPP and it offered me option to reset password so I asked for the link. When I pushed the reset password link which it sent me, it puts me back at same screen I left and asks me again how I want to resent password. This is worthless loop with no way to resent password. I emailed their computer support site and never received an answer.

Was contacted by Clipp in late 25/early 25. They offered running ads online and in print charging $50 for $100 off services at our business. The ads were paid for by clipp selling the ads and keeping the $50.

No problem, we agreed to those terms.

A few months into the campaign we start getting calls from potential customers saying they paid $30 for the $100 off, our business image has no desire to be a Groupon type business. I asked clipp to take it down and change it back.

Nothing for months, now they referred a $8500 bill to an attorney for collection.

Be careful with this company, at no time did the salesperson discuss if they couldnt sell the ads they would reduce the price and eventually charge me.

Why would I pay $8500 and give $17000 in services.

Clipp.com sells restaurant and other deal certificates at a discount. When they work, they are a good value. But in my own experience, in the past year, the deals I purchased were REFUSED by the restaurants 3 out of 5 times. In the "fine print", Clipp will not give consumers full credit for non - working certificates after the first two months, even though they are clearly marked as being good for 5 to 6 months. Obviously consumers won't know if a certificate is declined until one tries to use them, which legitimately can be several months after purchase. So by not providing full credit, clipp makes a profit off of useless certificates. I consider this a partial scam. Buy certificates from clipp ONLY IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE ONE IMMEDIATELY, AND ONLY IF THERE IS ANOTHER RESTAURANT FOR WHICH YOU WOULD BE WILLING TO TRADE .
