I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience with ClimbAgency.com. Unfortunately, my dealings with your company have not lived up to my expectations, leading me to share my thoughts as a customer.
, I was charged for work that, upon review, had not been carried out by your team. When I addressed this issue, I was informed that there had been an error in billing, which I appreciated. However, despite this acknowledgment, I was dismayed to find that a refund for the erroneous charges was not issued.
As a customer, I believe in the importance of:
- Transparency
- Accountability
- Fair billing practices
Being charged for services that were never delivered, and subsequently not receiving a refund after the mistake was recognized, is both frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, the quality of the work provided was inadequate and ineffective, further adding to my dissatisfaction.
Furthermore, I encountered poor customer service throughout this process, which has left a lasting negative impression. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend ClimbAgency.com to others. I strongly advise potential clients to carefully review invoices and obtain clear, written confirmation of services before making payments.
Regrettably, I find myself wishing I had not engaged with your company and If you are looking for a company to conduct this type of work, I would recommend exploring alternative options to save your money and avoid similar frustrations.

Very unprofessional company with slow, poor customer service and rude manner. We have been a customer for many years and they do not seem to value their customers at all. We have had a particular issue with one of their consultants for a couple of years who has a rude and arrogant manner. In addition we had some confusion over invoices to be paid since they were going into our spam filters and despite being in hourly communication with them to resolve, they shut down our website until we could prove payment. I made 175$ so I said ok this is ligament thing so the next day I was so excited to go to work im like let’s do this and it started first 100$ then350$ next 900$ it was 2000$ but that was not the catch my last mission was 8000$ the lonely reason I had the other money is because I got my taxes back and I was trying to do something to make real money not to get rich but to work from home I was so upset at myself for believing in this platform . I have been looking for a work from home gig for over a year now because I have been sick not able to go out in the working world like I did before. I wish that I could sue theses people but I don’t know where to start.
Pathrise and Climb both are a scam
Climb is complicit in a deeply exploitative scheme orchestrated by Pathrise, targeting individuals striving to break into the tech industry. Pathrise enrolls people in payment plans through Climb, promising refunds if they fail to help secure a job. However, these promises are empty.
Even if you're unemployed, Climb continues to demand monthly payments, showing no regard for the financial struggles of their customers. When Pathrise refused to honor their refund commitment, they claimed they would repay the $733.33 I had already paid to Climb. Yet, Climb informed me that Pathrise never followed through, leaving me without any recourse.
This partnership between Climb and Pathrise enables blatant fraud and preys on vulnerable individuals. Climb’s involvement in this exploitative system is unacceptable. Avoid Climb and their predatory practices at all costs.

BEWARE of what they Don’t Tell You
The website for the company can be found at Climbo.online though the company and employees always referred to it as Climb Online.
BEWARE! If you have a crypto account and are all set up to get paid, and pay in crypto, this is an easy job EXCEPT the only warning I got was the need to keep my account balance to a minimum of $100. After 2 days of work, I got a “high margin” order where I had to pay $200 to process the order and get paid (including the $200 I put in. On day 4, I had to add $1350 to process an order to get paid but I still had 45 more click tasks to do. I was reluctant to risk $1350; 12 clicks later, the system (and people) demanded I add another $4,850 to complete one task and I still had 45 more (simple tasks to go to complete the assignment, get paid, and get my $6,200 back. I refused to do this. My advisor and Customer Service rep seemed like nice people but they had zero empathy for an employee needing to put a lot of their own money in to make any money. A pyramid scheme? I don’t know enough to accuse them of this but if you don’t have $10,000 or more to tie up funding these “high margin” orders, stay away. No escalation was possible beyond the two people I mentioned. I wrote to the CEO (xDNA is the parent company in the UK) asking for my $1350 back but I’ve gotten no response and have my bank chasing this now.

Scam, scam, scam
I was contacted about two weeks ago to be a data optimizer. My contact, Emily, was very nice, courteous and patient. I had a bad feeling about it but I said let me try it. I did the training on 01/13, two days ago. It appeared simple enough and they get you hooked with all the commissions.
First day I was asked to deposit $20 to continue and that I can take it back right away. I did
Next day I was asked by the system to deposit $200, which I did and I also got it back. Though I withdrew $300 but ended up with $277. When asked about it, I was given nonsense explanations about merchant fees and not them, though I have nothing to do with the merchant except in trying to promote their products, or so I’m told. I accumulated $288 in my account, and I should have quit while I was ahead.
Today I was asked to deposit $625 to continue. I didn’t do it. Then Emily said F word to me for not continuing. She even claimed that the Metchant will sue me and CS confirmed that. I started to have fun with them to show them that I’m scared. Since that I didn’t complete today’s task, I wouldn’t be able to continue. Overall I made about $80 but beware of them. They are a big scam.
