Customer experience was exceptional. There was a mishap with my original order as the piece was thought to be out of stock and the staff immediately contacted me to offer me a replacement or refund. They eventually realized they had a piece of my original order left and made sure to mail it out as soon as possible to make sure it arrived to me before Christmas.

My fiancé and I ordered a bespoke piece as an engagement ring. The entire experience was fantastic; Ella, Alice and Chloe (and many more people I don’t have the names of 🥰) were absolutely brilliant in making my dream ring come to life. I sent so many emails and they replied carefully to each one, sent detailed photos of each gem I was interested in, and the entire process, from first email to made, took around 6 weeks. It was just incredible.
I’m very, very obsessed with my engagement ring and it’s just totally beautiful, I can’t stop staring at it. 100000/10 experience, thank you so much CB ❤️
