I ordered 3 water bottles in which I only received one. For a month they have not issued a refund or sent me the missing water bottles. They keep saying they need more time, at this point I think they are just waiting for me to forget about it. worst customer service I have ever received and at this point it is theft. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company.

Bought a bottle first 3months back and loved it so much that bought single one for each of my family members. Superb.

Received my bottles in a timely manner, was packaged really good. Came with a carrying case and brush with proper washing instructions. No complaints thus far.

I Never received the product I ordered on March 26th. Communication with the company has stated twice over 4 weeks the bottles have been shipped and they apologize for the delay. When I asked for a tracking number the last time they stated this, I got a response thst said the team needed to look into it, to ensure it was handled fairly. I finally asked for a refund because it is now the middle of May and nowthere is no response. I ordered 4 water bottles. 120.00 order not filled.SCAM

I ordered in February, have made contact 4 times. 1st 3 stated factory problems, 4 stated lost item. Still don't have product or money back.

Let me just say that I received what I paid for and I am very satisfied. These are true cooper cups, I used the magnet test and they do not stick. So that lead me to believe they are real.
It almost took 2 months to receive but it was worth it. You’re getting a true/authentic product. And it’s coming from New Delhi so thats quite the distance. I thought they were scamming me but Olivia the rep stayed in contact with me and insured the delivery would come, and it did. And I’m totally satisfied. Quality, design and the purpose was all I was looking for and they delivered.
