They are very efficient and straightforward. Everything clearly explained (no pun intended). Didn't matter who in the firm you dealt with, the service was consistent. Got my mortgage offer in the quickest time. Fees were in line the rest of the market.

Remortgage with Matthew Long
Did a remortgage with Matthew Long when our old deal was coming to an end. As a contract worker it has previously been a long process to explain and prove my income, but the initial interview with Cleerly was straightforward and took about 15 mins. Matthew returned a few days later with 3 good alternatives and the whole process went very smoothly. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Cleerly and Matthew

Great Experience Getting a Mortgage as a Contractor
As a contractor, you never know how a mortgage application will go but Lewis at Cleerly has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Not only have a received a suitable mortgage offer whilst being a day rate contractor, he has also referred me to other parts of the business to be able to arrange suitable life insurance and income protection as well as buildings insurance for when I do move.
If you are looking for a mortgage broker, especially as a contractor, make sure you get in touch with the team at Cleerly and they will be honest and transparent about what they can do to support you and help you through the process.
