Cleerly are a safe pair of hands for Contractors
I've used Cleerly a couple of times before, for mortgages and insurance, so was happy to use them again. The advice and support given by Simon and Georgia was detailed, timely and clear. It was also really helpful that they were able to use their network of partnerships to put me in touch with organisations that can help guide me through some other, connected transactions like setting up of Wills and Home Insurance for our new home. Can’t believe it was so painless!!
From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. I have had a very short lead time in the run up to my relocation and, as soon as I had found a property and had my offer accepted, the mortgage application was submitted. I’ve not had time to stop and panic as it was all done from submission to offer in about 4 working days! Just hope the rest of my purchase goes as smoothly!

Being relatively new to contracting and…
Being relatively new to contracting and having to re-mortgage due to an impending divorce, I was concerned that I wouldn't easily be able to raise the funds I needed to.
I spoke with Christie the day after making my initial enquiry to find he wasn't at all phased by my circumstances and proceeded to look into options for me. 11 days later I have a mortgage offer from a mainstream provider at a competitive rate and my wife and I get to move on with our lives.
Having tried a more typical mortgage advisor, this was way beyond my expectations. I don't think I could have asked for a better service.

I couldn't recommend Alasdair From Cleerly enough!
From Day 1, I have always had quick and honest responses. It is very clear that Alasdair knows this sector very well and can provide you with the best advice there is. I've asked questions about eastments, Restrictive covenants and all sorts of things, I've always recieved the truth which is very refreshing.
Based on their knowledge and experience, they have managed to get me a mortgage offer on the first try as a solo contractor and first time buyer! Fingers crossed this sale goes through 🤞
Jack has been very helpful in getting updates from the lender.
Cleerly also offer support in gaining the correct insurances so you are always on the right track. Again, they are very honest in their advice and will say if its not the right fit for you.
