Let's get to the point of what we are doing, we are helping you claim back on mis-sold car finance agreements. This is all still quite recent, as car finance companies were still doing their ‘dodgy dealings’, for lack of a better word, until the FCA brought out the report in 2019 to bring what's been going on to the forefront of peoples minds. New and used cars, vans and all motor-vehicle types is where mis-selling was discovered under personal contract hire (PCP), hire purchase (HP). We look into if the commission off the deal was undisclosed, the varying interest rates that were on offer and in some cases the lack of affordability checks carried out to ensure the agreement was affordable for the client. Upon getting in touch with us we request some basic documents to check if you have a claim. If you do (most people do) we will feed back our findings to yourself and explain the next steps of how we go about getting you some money back! We do not charge anything upfront for our service and pride ourselves on being an approachable, friendly team with the core aim of providing you with the best possible outcome.

I put in a claim in October 2023. Several months later I checked with the solicitor they said they used who had no such record of my claim and the company said they would deal with it in house and in Sept 2024 told me I would have to wait until April 2024. I have called them every day since beginning of April and no answer and mailbox is full. I have just searched online and they are no longer trading. I hope they didn't steal my claim money.

Now 2years I claimed not heard anything ,
In the beginning they replying you very fast and chatting with you nicely until you signing your documents ,soon as done they ignoring you,just taking money.
My advice to everyone don’t believe them just time wasters and money stolen.

The initial start with my claims were easy, communication within the first couple months was good, it’s however been 2 years since I started my claims with this company and I have nothing to show for it. I have absolutely no idea what is going on and why it is taking this long to get nowhere.
The last I heard, which was early in the year, was it’s going to be another 6 to 15 months.
I’ve found myself having to find out what is happening on multiple occasions.
I’ve had them tell me many different things like funding is not there, or solicitors are pulling away from these types of claims etc…. think I may be on the 3rd solicitor. I didn’t want to write this review but I’m left with no choice but to warn others of what I’ve gone through. Be prepared……

Do your homework before you use this lot

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, gdpr breach via email receiving email with hundreds of other clients names/email addressess, little to zero contact, was ok at start, put me forward to a legal company to help, that company cannot now progress as clear money must have started the claim, and finance say its a duplicate claim obviously no comms between them either

Communication is poor. I am concerned about the use of information to this company. Its been 10 months and still my claim has not been sent to the FCA. Red flags are ringing.

Car finance compensation
I started my claim through clear money claims a while back. To be honest I'd forgot about it. Until I had a call from Ashleigh . I've now received some compensation money back from my finance company and I couldn't be happier. Ashleigh was very good at putting my mind at ease and explaining each and every event . No communication.
I started the process in November 2022, we're now in to August. I've had no update from the person who took on my claim. The only updates I get are generic emails that's tell me it could take 4 months for someone to look at my case. It's been double that and absolutely nothing. Emailed the person on my claim and never got a reply. I haven't been given confirmation of if my claim has been successful or not, so this could have all been a waste of time.

Easy process for some extra £££
Thanks you for starting the process for me. Jay was very helpful in explaining on where to get all my documents from. Even though he explain it takes up to 12 months I am glad I have got the ball rolling. Very simple process and hopefully with positive outcome with some extra £££ in the account.

Disappointed
I started a claim last year. Completed forms and got figures for my claim. I have been receiving updates. I have now been notified that my claim will not proceed because my cars were bought in Scotland. surely this is something that should have been shared at the start. A total waste of everyone’s time.

Nothing but a waste of time
Nothing but a waste of time , do all the forms send everything over and hear nothing from then , ask for updates get ignored , over a year on and still not a thing , complete waste of your busy time . Not a person has had a success refund don’t know how this is still operating date of experience has been ongoing from April 2022

Won’t stop harassing me
Started the process but after having the documentation through I decided not to sign or go through with the process. Told the advisor this who agreed she would close my case, skip forward 6 months and I am now getting texts and emails every single day asking me to proceed despite me responding repeatedly and asking them to stop contacting me. Falls on deaf ears and I just get generic emails with names missing.
