I was really impressed with the team from Clear Flow Drains. They arrived on time, bright and early, and offered a fixed-rate, no-clearance–no-fee service. The issue turned out to be a piece of metal stuck to a bit of wood, but they quickly jetted it out and had the drain cleared within half an hour.

The team was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They got straight to work and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Clear Flow Drains — their prices were very competitive, especially compared to other quotes I received for weekend and day rates. Definitely worth giving them a call.

Superb service from Neil and Sean. Rang and explained the problem, was given a fixed price no matter how long the job would have taken. They arrived within the hour, was very honest, friendly, knowledgeable and definately knew there stuff, they explained everything and made us feel as ease and even washed everything down after the job was completed. Their service was better than Severn Trent!! What can I say that hasn't already been said by other people who have used Clear Flow Drains?
Absolutely brilliant service from Neil and Sean, a father and son team.
Came as booked on time and in as little as 20 minutes the problematic job - which Severn Trent said was "fat and grease" - was identified (blocked sewer pipe) and carried out successfully.
Neil and Sean even cleaned down after themselves, which was really appreciated.
I have already told my neighbours and my friends about CFD...if you want proper service, then CFD are a 100% your go to guys!
They accept cash and card.

This company is fantastic. Drains blocked, called them, and they came out in an hour! Fixed price no matter how long the job took. Neil was courteous, obviously knew what he was doing, sorted the problem with no fuss and (this is where he earned his fifth star!) cleaned the area surrounding the drain so there was no muck lying around (unlike a certain national company I used a few years ago). He wouldn’t even take a tip from me! Outstanding service and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Family firm of course- reputation is everything. Thanks Clearflow!

Had toilet issues due to a blockage that couldn’t be dealt with at home despite trying the auger, chemicals, pressure kit and more.

After being shafted by two previous companies who clearly did a temp job and charged for the pleasure we were left with a very smelly home, leak and no toilet.

We called Clearflow Drains and I can’t recommend them highly enough. While it was too late for him to come last night, he came first thing and got to work immediately. His van clearly has everything needed and he explained the process as he went, which I fully appreciated given what the previous companies did.

He was friendly, gave a fixed price before work that he stuck to and as a bonus was lovely to our pet dogs who we had taken out front rather than them whining inside.

When the job was complete he gave me some great advice and with the extensive equipment brought to our attention something that could cause a future block. Thick tree roots! This information will allow us to take action before they cause extensive damage.

Knowledgeable,friendly, courteous of our property and neighbours, happy to explain process, quick response time and no hidden costs. Couldn’t ask for more. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
