Five Stars Isn't Enough!
10 Stars would be more appropriate! I recently purchased a matching sofa, armchair, footstool and accessories from DFS but they failed to deliver the armchair, instead of sending a silver velvet one they sent a chocolate coloured one - an easy mistake to make?
I got a refund from DFS of ~£650 in the end but would have been left without an armchair if it wasn't for this marvellous company who not only saved the day by being able to get me the exact matching item, but saving me a small fortune as well!
Even though I made a mistake on the order by putting my old address on it, they quickly and easily corrected this for me with no trouble at all, and efficient & careful delivery took place ahead of my schedule expectations. I cannot fault the quality of the armchair, it is 100% as new and perfectly matches my other purchases and I have saved enough money for a holiday by working with ClearCycle. I only wish I'd approached them in the first place and not gone to DFS!
Every stage of this purchase was seamless and turned what was a near (first world) disaster into a most satisfying experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
