We purchased a door and 2 windows from Clear Choice we had 2 other quotes but James was honest and did not make promises. They kept in touch and provided a date.It was just like it said on tin.'Good quality windows and door' kept to the arranged date for fitting.All looking good had minor adjustment to window after installed,came following day.Would not only recommend them, but will be ordering more.

We had our Conservatory roof replaced by them. Very proffessional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They also replaced window panes in the conservatory. I would highly reccomend them. A lovely group of people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you.

We had a top quality service from James and his team. One door and bespoke frame made.

We spoke to many providers but James is person centred approach was refreshing. The whole team gave us so much time and support.

The process they used was smooth and I felt valued as a customer.

Some companies we got quotes from sent part time surveyors and salesmen , with clear choice home improvements they were much more skilled and , very knowledgeable and put us at ease straight away.

The finished product is incredible and pricing reasonable. Would like to thank all involved for a lovely customer experience.

If you want any windows and doors sorted, based on all our research (we did a lot!) and experience I wouldn’t look further than clear choice home improvements.

After meeting with a number of different companies and receiving overpriced quotes and ridiculous estimated completion dates for windows and front door, i met with James and it couldn’t have been a better meeting. James explained everything in detail and gave me all the information I need without any messing around. He managed to give me a price and time that no other company could (that includes the big national companies). After we agreed to go ahead with job, James kept in contact all the way through the process. When the day came for the windows and door to be fitted, the lads on the job couldn’t have been more professional and they were all genuinely nice fellas. Even after the job was complete James came round to make sure that I was happy with the work and if I had any questions.
It’s rare these days to get a company that are professional, genuine and want the best for their customers.

What can I say! From the moment we met James we knew we had made the right choice! He came and understood straight away what we wanted. He explained everything from start to finish, even bringing examples with him so we could see what it would look like. I thought it would be a complex process, but the guys kept it so simple and stress free.

Dave and Terry came to install the windows and were class. Cleaned everything as they went, made sure we understood what was happening and worked around me being home all day working. Really top guys who have done an incredible job.

It ended up being well beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier! A home we already loved just got better. We really can’t thank you guys enough!

What a fantastic company, really pleased with our new front door, Ben who was very polite, courteous and professional came out to our house and listened to what we wanted and took us through a wide range of different options, the surveyor who also came out to us afterwards was also polite and professional, the fitters too was fast, tidy and courteous overall service we received was fantastic, will certainly be having clear choice back again for more home improvements.

What a fantastic company! Making home improvements can be an anxious and costly time. From my first introduction to this company I was reassured. James visited my home for initial discussions about new windows. He answered my many questions, offered sensible suggestions and even brought samples demonstrating the quality of the windows on offer. He gave an excellent price for French windows and a replacement window. What was exceptional was that James maintained great communication from sale to completion. At every stage from ordering windows, to surveyor visiting to ordering the windows to date of fitters arrival- even letting me know when skip would arrive! His personal touch made all the difference- Thank you James!
And now for the work done- Wow!!
Terry and Dave arrived promptly and worked tirelessly- they did not leave until job was perfect! Not only were the windows beautiful, the standard of 'finishing off' and attention to detail was outstanding. Not only did I need windows but they had to create a French window by cutting through a brick wall- potentially very 'messy' work. The site was left tidier than when they arrived! Brilliant work Terry/Dave- thank you!

I needed a flat upvc window replaced with a bow window. This company came and gave me a price and a delivery date. The window was fitted on the day I was given,
The standard of work is first class with everything carried out as advised
The cost was also far below the other estimates I was given from the other companies

Very surprised on so many levels considering my reluctantance to entertain sales reps especially for window replacement. However I was treated with an honest fair and reasonable quote straight away, no tactics of 50% off sale, no prolonged sales pitch very straightforward.
Even more in impressed with the communication and standards.
Work arrange at a time suitable for me. They kept to time schedules, work required high scaffolding, removed within seven days as quoted.

Work completed to a high standard, installers pleasant and kept area tidy and clean.
Dealing with problems, out of 12 windows one had a minor defect, replacement ordered before I knew about the defect and replaced within seven days.
In terms of quality of windows they look nice and perform as they should.
I would 100% recommend and have already enquired on further work due the level of service and standards they have shown, painless,stress-free and smooth job completed. Thank you

I was very impressed with a 3 week completion.
But most of all being a trade person myself the level of workmanship is to be highly recommended, as were the quality of the windows fitted.
I have not only changed my windows I feel as though I have changed the look of my property and my wife and I are over the moon with the service received.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I've got to say this company really deserves it. After being given a ridiculous quote elsewhere I was ready to give up and try it myself. However these guys were awesome.

Original quotation was straight to the point rather than a 3 hour long sales pitch (like the other company). Price was reasonable so I went for it.

Turn around was pretty quick and the chaps who came to fit were amazing. Didn't catch their names unfortunately but I wish I had as they definitely deserve a shout out. They were tidy with dust sheets down everywhere, quick and attentive to getting a good finish. You can tell these guys had a lot of experience and were friendly too which is a nice change from the norm. They truly went above and beyond.

They also took away the old windows and doors from both my houses.

Payment was pain free too and not pushy. I work away a lot and they worked everything around me.

I'll definitely be using this company again in the future and highly recommend.

Also, don't forget to tip your fitters 😉 , their work deserves it.
