I couldn’t be more impressed with the company and its team. From the start, James, the sales consultant, guided us through the options for our french doors and sliding patio doors with clarity and expertise. The surveyor followed up with precise measurements and ensured all requirements were met. Finally, the installation team delivered flawless results - everything was fitted perfectly and they left no mess behind. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished doors and couldn’t fault the workmanship or the service we received. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be returning for our next project.

Absolutely outstanding company. I had been in touch with James previously for quotes on other projects—he was incredibly accommodating and clearly committed to doing a great job. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Clear Choice. First, the pricing with Ben was way over the top, but I sorted that out, then when the bay window came, only one fitter came, no floor coverings, then he cut the new sill wrong. but anyone can make a mistake? but he carried on, his pointing was like what a child would do, he was leaving the soffit just filled with silicone, I said are you going to fix plastic for the soffit he said look I have been told to do what I think is right ? The angle of the sill was wrong, meaning soffit was 40mm in some places and 140mm in others. Simon came to fix new sill and put everything right, but forgot things. said he would ring the next day, but went on holiday, came again after 2 weeks and still forgot things. It took 6 weeks to( FIX) one bay window? NEVER AGAIN

We had a great experience with Clear Choice. After having issues with another company James come to our house multiple times to make sure we were happy with everything before we proceeded. When putting in the windows there was a massive issue with the bay window. The fitters stopped working on it and told us it would just all collapse if the windows were stuck in. Some company’s would just put them in without a second thought. This made us feel more like we were in safe hands. Terry and Dave the fitters were top professionals throughout the whole process and constantly gave us updates and talked us through each stated throughly. We went from just wanting black windows and the bricks replaced to having really nice black cladding added to the bay and it gives the front of the house a new lease of life. Without James we never would have pulled the trigger on buying new windows and we thank him for all his help! We are even going back to him to buy doors later this year. Thanks again!

I recently had 8 windows fitted by Clearchoice, along with a composite front door, UPVC back door and UPVC French doors. The whole process, from initial contact with James, through to the fitting by Dave and Terry, was excellent.
A quote was provided after a home visit from James, with no hard sell, and I was left with all the information I needed in order to make a decision in my own time. Any questions I had were answered promptly - I never had any trouble getting in touch when I had a query.
When it was time for the fitting, Dave and Terry were friendly, professional and reliable. They went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done well and that everything looked as good as possible. They even fitted a new section of black gutter to my bay window so that the old brown gutter wouldn't clash with the new anthracite window frames.
The finish inside was immaculate and care was taken to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. It now looks like a completely new house, it really is such a huge improvement.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

James was straight forward to deal with no silly prices just a good price from the off. The 2 fitters Dsve and Terry were excellent and left no mess they were polite and friendly and krafts men and we are very pleased with the result of the windows and doors we had fitted.

I had 4 windows fitted by Clear Choice last week. Excellent service for start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend. James was very professional and easy to talk to. Great communication and great quality of the product. Fitters wre friendly and experienced, completed the job in few hours, leaving the place very neat and tidy. W zeszłym tygodniu Clear Choice zamontował mi 4 okna. Doskonała obsługa od początku do końca, nie wahałbym się polecić. James był bardzo profesjonalny i łatwo się z nim rozmawiało. Świetna komunikacja i świetna jakość produktu. Montażyści byli przyjaźni i doświadczeni, wykonali pracę w ciągu kilku godzin, pozostawiając miejsce bardzo schludne i uporządkowane. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z wyniku i na pewno skorzystam z usług tej firmy ponownie.

First point of contact was James who was so polite and easy to talk to. After explaining what I wanted which was slightly different to the norm!, He worked hard to get everything asked for at a good price too. The front door and side lights look amazing as do the two kitchen windows. Terry& Dave (hard working and clean and tidy) very experienced fitters did a fab job of fitting. I would totally recommend this company to my friends and family as I trust they are a very competent and reliable business whom I will use again in the future.

I am very satisfied with the back & front doors I purchased. The doors are beautiful, they make a real difference to the curb appeal of my house.
Having before got many unfavourable quotes from other companies I know Clear Choice is good value for money. The customer service from Ben was excellent, no hard sell, no hidden extras & plenty of choice.
I knew exactly what I was purchasing at the price quoted. From beginning to end the job was done in a timely manner, no waiting for months for the job to be completed.

We wanted our bathroom window reducing in size we had tried for months to get someone to come and assess the work, then we found clear choice, there salesman James came out to look at the job we told him what we wanted he assessed the job discussed with us what options they could do, once we decided on the final work James gave us a price which a wasn't that much different from what I had come up with and doing my own research we agreed on price, the work has just been completed and we are very pleased with the result, the two workmen were extremely helpful and professional, I will have no hesitation on recommending clear choice

Had my windows, front-door,& patio doors installed by Clear Choice. Though a bit pricey, had to haggle. However the installers worked non-stop were very clean & efficient. They couldn’t do enough and went beyond. James, Ashley and Ian kept me informed as to start to finish. Ashley also took the time to visit & check everything was going well. This company is exceeding when it comes customer service. Would definitely recommend them.
