What made my experience is after my first purchase it was dispatched next day and I already received them in the mail, as I’m someone tracking my order as soon as I make it 🤭 One item was wrong but they instantly sent it out same day and I got it exactly the next day. Their customer service is great and very fast shipping. In the box you also get a cute card with steps 1 to 10 to help anyone with a step by step routine on how to use your products and in which order, for anyone who is starting out in their skincare journey and not sure in which order as I have been the same! All in all my first purchase and items with CleanSeoul have been great and I’m very satisfied with my products that are all made in Korea, as Korean skincare has saved me a lot for someone with oily/combination skin looking to have more clear and dewy type. Products are affordable and not too high priced, but you still pay for quality. So happy and the products smell great!

Great - arrived sooner than expected and wonderfully packaged

It was delivered in a good amount of time. I purchased toner for the first time and they had 2 different sizes of it (one small and some big). I feel like this is so important to have these different options as the the toner didn’t do my skin any good but atleast I only bought the small one. This was very convenient and money saving.
