Brilliant service definitely recommend

they came last minute once tenants left worked until 5.30 pm cleaned whole house top to bottom spotless

The lack of service and customer service was shocking a girl called Jass and a male came and all they did was sit around and charge me £150 for absolutely nothing and then when I tried to complain the owner was arrogant and said there was nothing he could do and do what you like to do stay away avoid avoid avoid dodgy dodgy company they do not clean it’s not rocket science but they ain’t got a clue what they’re doing !!

Left a Google review being honest at how bad the cleaning service was for an end of tenancy booking but actually gave props to the customer service for being prompt, only to be met by an outrageously rude response and lies. I got told they “know I have health issues and dementia” that they came “thrice not twice” and I was “happy until they left”. They actually did only show up twice as they had 2 no shows when I originally requested further visits, waiting in for them may I add, and why there should be more than 1 visit needed to begin with is ridiculous.

Also worth noting not only was the cleaning poor and my requests ignored despite going over them but as someone else noted on here, I too ended up with a radiator off the wall. Now I can’t say that was them for sure or if it was actually loose because I’d just moved into a newly decorated place, so I was polite and said not to worry. Given the cost wasn’t exactly cheap and their response lacked any intelligence or tact, it’s a sharp no to anyone looking for a recommendation from me.

Really appalling customer service. !!!!!!
Booked for end of tenancy cleaning with this agency . I went to get a toilet brush for the cleaner and when I came back the radiator was off the plaster boards . She says she was only cleaning. But we all know though unintentional unless you put pressure on the radiators they do not come off.
When I spoke to the agency initially the response was that they will have to speak to the boss and then it was the boss will speak on Monday. When I rang on Tuesday , the person who answered the phone said that they will not pay for wear and tear
How does he know that this is wear and tear?. He said he is sitting in his radiator now to check and it has not come off . What a response!!!!
Then he went on to be personal !!
Saying he is from same part of country as myself !!
What has that got to do with the service !!!
And then sent a few rude text messages !!
I would never recommend this service to anyone

booked an end of tenancy review, agreed a cost for cleaning. chase very very hard for money, left large stains on carpet. tried to chase up but not interested and rude and dismissive on the phone
