The service was quick but not efficient at all, workers were very forceful with their actions, got very close to me in a swarm towering over myself, were not very inclusive due to the fact they were talking and laughing in their own language which I felt was aimed at me. I had brown nails and they chipped after a a few days - not good quality ! Also the price I got charged was not the same as the one addressed at the front of the shop window When they filed my nails they were very aggressive and proceeded to pinch my skin ! Overall my experience in classy nails cheltenham was not what i expected from a top reviewed nail shop and I think I will not be returning until further improvements.

Lucy and Steven who are the nail artists in Joyful Nails Beaconsfield are amazing. The are professional, caring and second to none in the work that they do.
I had my finger and toe nails polished today. A fantastic job again, so very happy.

I am confused at these good reviews . My experience was awful.I had a set of biab nails done on16th December on 23rd they literally started falling off. Having lasted only 1 week . I contacted the nail shop on 27th 1st working day after Christmas. With my bad back I took their offer to attend and get it fixed £35 for 1 week of nails isn't acceptable.
When I got there I was presented with a barrage of repeated questions , somehow trying to lay the blame on me in a passive aggressive Manor.
Why didn't I call sooner ? I explained several times 24th Christmas eve 25th 26th . Etc
Then she started to complain I had coloured my bare nails .I said it was nail gloss to prevent my nails breaking only once the biabs had fallen off . She could see they was glossy ,yes again I explained its nail hardener. I asked her if she was wasting my time because I thought I was going to get them fixed.In the end I got our the chair told her their customer service was terrible. Never been treated so badly.
But don't be fooled by her reply to this review . Let me be clear as I was walking out the door she shouted after me I , 'I was going to do your nails ' . With her rood dismissive attitude I just walked on .
She played a good game though , she was able to upset me enough I left .
I was the looser not her .. be warned

They were friendly and made me feel welcome. I was at a different salon that was cold, inefficient and not welcoming at all. This was 180° in the other direction! Mike was excellent! He listened to what I wanted and I am very pleased with the visit and my nails! I will be back for all future nail appts! Thank you and kudos!

Love my nails everytime I go they are always beautiful and last weeks. Anna always does a great job.

I had some acrylic nails done on the 28th August at Classy Nails. I loved how they had done my nails and I really enjoyed the design and how professionally it was done. However, I had an acrylic removal done on Sunday the 5th September at the same place. The lady that removed the acrylics had managed to cut the lower part of my nails that they usually push back and use the machine to grind it off. Half of my nails have been bleeding and are very sore since yesterday due to the lady having cut into my skin, despite her seeing the blood coming out - she continued to do this. I then had to dip my nails into the Acetone solution which stung like crazy. I’m not happy with how she continuously cut into my skin with the grinding tool and the state of my nails are awful right now.

Fantastisk kundeservice og fantastisk UV gel. Jeg havde lidt spørgsmål til deres produkter, så inden jeg bestilte havde jeg sendt en mail og fik svar inden for en time. Jeg bestilte derefter deres startpakke fra Classy Nails onsdag eftermiddag, en time efter var min ordre sendt og fredag havde jeg min pakke. Virkelig fantastisk service. Produkterne holder virkelig godt på neglene og jeg kan klart anbefale Classy Nails UV gel😍
