Class Manager has allowed me to buy back countless hours in my day

Class Manager has really changed my life and has allowed me to buy back countless hours in my day by simplifying processes and automations. The team is always ready to respond and help in anyway they can. Whether it is helping me navigate a new aspect of the system that I haven't explored yet or troubleshooting individual client and studio issues, there hasn't been a question that I have asked that they haven't had an answer for. I would recommend Class Manager to every dance studio.

Great experience using class manager!

I have always had a really good experience with class manager- really good value for money and support team always very helpful!

So easy to use. Minimal fees. When needing help, the response if usually within a couple of hours and everyone is so polite and lovely.

2 stars purely for potential and grateful for Brooke. In general, the support and setup experience have been incredibly frustrating and stressful.
Responses are slow and often don’t actually answer the question. I’ve had clearer, more helpful advice from other users than from the Class Manager team.
Automated emails were sent out that shouldn’t have been, and the onboarding resources were poor — the very first video provided didn’t even work.
I was told everything was set up, but it wasn’t. When I asked for help, I was given instructions that didn’t work. Even after sending step-by-step screenshots, I still didn’t get a clear answer on what was wrong.
Overall, the lack of clear communication and reliable support makes the system difficult to trust or use confidently.

Class manager try to address any problems individually and are the nearest to a bespoke operator.

Nightmare to use

Nightmare to use. Won't load , adding a payment method doesn't work easily this incurring late fees. The app is not intuitive and navigating it is frustrating

Love Class Manager

Love Class Manager! In the beginning, we started off with the free trial, had a play around, and learned to use the system.

We found it really intuitive and easy to navigate; the dashboard and menus just make sense to us. There's a really great quick search feature that lets you find customer profiles, classes, or reports by just typing anywhere on the screen. It's hard to explain, but I love how it works!

Class Manager has added lots of new features and reports since we first joined in 2019. It's been a learning curve, but it's great to see new additions to the system.

We pestered their customer support team way too many times with our questions while we were learning the ropes, and they're always so patient and helpful!

Class Manager works very well for our needs, and we're excited to see what they're going to add in the future.

The worst class management software, a disaster.

Our experience with Class Manager has been nothing short of disastrous, and we deeply regret our decision to switch to this software. It has proven to be the worst class management system we have ever encountered in over 20 years of running our business. What was promised to be a streamlined, efficient solution has turned out to be an unprofessional, clunky, and overly complicated platform, lacking many essential features that are critical for smooth business operations.

From the very start, we faced numerous issues. The interface is incredibly user-unfriendly, making simple tasks unnecessarily complex. Instead of simplifying our workload, the system has created an endless stream of new problems, which has significantly increased the amount of time and effort we need to invest in managing day-to-day tasks. Payments are routinely mishandled—on multiple occasions, customers have been charged twice, leading to complaints and frustration from parents, and in some cases, refund requests. Error messages are a constant occurrence, and problems with invoicing and payment processing have become a regular headache. The system seems to fail at its most basic functions, often leaving us scrambling to fix issues it should have prevented in the first place.

We were completely misled during the sales process. The features that were promised to us either don’t exist or are so poorly implemented that they are unusable. The customer service has only exacerbated the situation. Despite reaching out numerous times for support, we are often met with either no response or unhelpful answers that fail to address the core issues we are facing. It’s clear that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or even understand the real-world needs of the businesses using their platform.

The decision to switch to Class Manager has not only wasted our time and money but has also damaged our relationship with our clients, who have become increasingly frustrated with the system's failures. What was meant to simplify our operations has resulted in increased workloads, stress, and countless hours spent trying to resolve issues that should never have occurred in the first place.

In hindsight, switching to Class Manager was a colossal mistake and has caused more harm than good. We strongly advise others to avoid making the same error. Spend a little extra on a more reliable system—doing so will save you from the overwhelming frustration, stress, and regret that we are currently facing.

A brilliant piece of software for…

A brilliant piece of software for anyone who is self employed and running a dance company/or something alike. It has been life changing in terms of cutting my admin by about 75%. It helps keep everything organised and correct too. This handles everything I need it for and more.

I was really nervous at first to change how I ran everything in terms of admin and payment for my business but I couldn't recommend this enough. Their customer services is also brilliant, they're always ready to help you on live chat for any issues. Plus you get free zoom calls when learning how to use it. Thank you Class Manager!!

Class manager is outstanding

Class manager is outstanding!
The customer support is fabulous and they are extremely patient in explaining the features. I have worked with other systems and this is by far the best.
The parent interface is also very self explanatory for even the least tech savvy parents.

Would definitely recommend!

As the owner of a new dance school, Class Manager has made life so much easier! It's super easy to collect parent and student details by having them fill in an online registration form. I'm now on my third season of classes, and invoicing has also been made very easy - even given the fact I've had to make changes due to going back online with classes! I also love that you can see who has received and opened messages from you!

The staff at Class Manager are very helpful and customer focused. They're always keen for feedback and are implementing new features based on this. Would definitely recommend!

Class Manager has really made a…

Class Manager has really made a difference to how our business runs. It's easy to use (even for technically challenged business owners!) and provides a secure platform for our club members to book onto our classes without any support from us, this saves us so much time. The Customer support team are very professional, providing help and guidance when we need it.
Initially we were apprehensive about going to an online booking system, but Class Manager really has made a great difference to us and our members.

recommend Class Manager studio software

I Thoroughly recommend Class Manager - I have used both Dancebiz & dance studio pro in the past & decided to swap to Class Manager back in the first lockdown & I couldn’t be happier. So much easier to navigate & the price is perfect as no hidden extras as with all other studio softwares.Still a couple of things to add like being able to print labels & recital planner. Hopefully these will be introduced in the future.

Class Manager is fantastic

Class Manager is fantastic. Easy to use, easy to manage and pleasing to navigate. Registers, invoices, teacher communications (emails to students) are easy to do. It’s wonderful to have everything in one place.

The team behind the scenes are really quick to respond with queries or problems.

I think it’s completely worth the money and would recommend to anyone with a dance school or similar.

Highly recommend Classmanager

Highly recommend Classmanager! I have used other platforms and none are as user friendly and consistent as Classmanager. My staff and clients also find this platform the best we have used so far. The team at Classmanager are quick to respond should we ever need assistance and also check in with us to see what features we would like to see added next which usually get added surprisingly fast!
