I went to Clarks in Southend with my 6 year old daughter to buy a new pair of school shoes and Alysia was very helpful. She offered us plenty of options and was very patient and kind.

My daughter and I visited the store for back to school shoes and trainers. Store was very clean, tidy and organised, we were greeted at the door, and although we didn't have an appointment we were quickly asked to take a seat to be seen, my daughter looked at shoes until it was time to be fitted.
We were served by the lovely Alysia who was a huge help, she measured my daughters feet perfectly, organised the ones my daughter wanted to try and found a few others in her size that she may also have liked, she was wonderful helping my daughter try her shoes and making sure everything was perfect and advising us to make sure my daughter had the perfect pair of shoes and trainers for back to school! Thank you again Alysia for being so patient and giving us such wonderful service.

Sarah who was the lady that served us was amazing, she was understanding of freddie as he finds it hard to speak with someone he doesn't know, she was very encouraging & thoughtful & helped Fred in every way. Then freddie picked the school shoes & trainers he wanted, then he got very upset when he heard how much they both were & wanted to give them back & didn't want Nanny to spend all that money. We had an hour of him being very upset once we had left Clarke shoe shop. But thank you so much for your understanding, helpfulness,kindness & concern.

Went in to get school shoes. Needed to book an appointment, they had one in 15mins. The girl Rachel was really lovely and helpful.

We were seen quickly, which I hoped for as we had pre-booked. The service was great and I couldn't have asked for anything more; everything was explained well and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Sarah was fantastic with both our little ones 3 years and 1year old.
She was so helpful and listened to what worked for our littles ones and found 4 perfect pairs between them. She took the time even though it was busy due to back to school shoe shopping and not once did we feel we were being an inconvenience, even with a 1 year old running around.

We took our 15 month old granddaughter to Clarks Southend today and she was a little overwhelmed at first but the friendly staff soon won her over,
Vivian measured her little feet and helped us choose 2 pairs of shoes.
Thanks to all the staff we’ll see you again when she moves up a size.

As we entered the store we were greeted by happy staff members. We were served by Amelia who was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. My daughter tried on many shoes and Amelia didn't mind having to keep going back into the store room for more shoes. We had a very pleasant experience. Thank you to all the Clarks staff for taking the stress out of back to school shoe shopping.

Our sale assistant Hannah was extremely helpful in getting my son some new school shows. The shoes that we initially choice were not available in store but Hannah gave us the option to order them online and then showed us some great alternatives that they did have in stock. Comfort, style, size, sorted

Leonie from the Clarks Southend store was really nice, helpful and most importantly patient when fitting shoes for my three year old. I also managed to get a really good bargain in the sale shoes.
All the staff from Clarks Southend have always been so nice and helpful when I have visited.

The team were very efficient and saw us quickly.
Rachel was very helpful and patient with the girls when she did they're shoe fittings.

We were helped by Zain yesterday who was brilliant. He was super helpful, great with my son who was getting his feet measured and even went upstairs to look for a selection of shoes for my children as I had a sleeping child in a buggy and couldn’t go up the stairs. Excellent service - thanks Zain!

I received excellent service from Joanna in the Southend store today. Joanna had so much patience and experience when fitting the boys school shoes. It wasn't rushed and I felt confident that what I bought was a good fit. Both boys have wide feet and getting shoes that are comfortable is tricky. My boys also have special needs and Joanna handled this perfectly. Thank-you!!

Visited the Southend store to return some black loafers that were too big and I was served by Amelia. I explained to her that I went to the Lakeside store to buy them, but was told by a staff member that the design I wanted was only available online. Amelia told me the Brandon Step loafers are available in store and should’ve been on display even if they’re of stock. She quickly exchanged the shoes for a smaller size and suggested to wear insoles for the wide fit. All in all, outstanding service from Amelia.

Leonie was so helpful and friendly, offering good advice and finding us alternatives to try. A very positive experience.
