Back to school bedlam and the staff were like a well oiled machine. Patient, calm, smiling and helpful. Tizrah who helped us was excellent. Made what would otherwise have been a nightmare into a surprisingly smooth experience.
Only downside was lack of sizes in certain styles but that’s not surprising given the timing.

Tirzah was extremely helpful. I had 3 children with me to find shoes and although we were limited on availability in their sizes she did not stop until we went home with 3 pairs.

I took my 2 sons to have their feet measured for new school shoes. We were greeted at the door and I explained that we were slightly early for the fitting appointment and my autistic son was struggling. The lady was very helpful and showed us to a quiet area and found a colleague to assist us.

Raghad was great and understood our requirements and brought suitable shoes for my son to look at and try.

We will back in the future.

I was helped by Cathy while I was still browsing. She confirmed they had styles and sizes using her hand-held device and I was ushered away from families buying ‘school shoes’ to a separate seating area. I was impressed that they still had stock in ‘wide’ fittings which always sell out quickly. The whole buying experience was slick and quick.
