Wallabies I had back in the 80’s.. loved them. Went into Clark’s to have a look for shoes and ((Boom)) bright red and a pair in yellow.. came home kept thinking about them.. so I ordered both pairs with a new chunky sole.. they are great, maybe I will start collecting a few colours.. they are so comfortable.. luv them..

Absolutely amazing customer service. I went in to exchange two pairs of shoes which were too big. Nasima, the salesperson, helped me find my shoe size and then proceeded to order the new pairs.

I am here because I would like to express, how I felt about a specific service. I came into a clarks branch.

I initially came in to buy some shoes and do an exchange. I did try some shoes on and when I was in till areas there was this one lady, she's tall with dark short hair.

I had request for a change in the shoes, to my notice she seemed abit stressed out and was like rushing on tills to get things done.

When I had mentioned to her about the change for shoes, she had turned around and said to me in a rude and abrupt tone "I don't have time for this I have a life, I got an appointment to attend". I have better things to do.

I didn't say anything in return but I felt that she was very rude to me, I asked local store in mall about who she is and found out she's a manager and informed she is natalie.

I do not believe that this is a right way approach to speak to customers rude, and take your personal matters out on customers, I observe people's behaviour and wonder how this person treats others, I feel very sorry for staff members and customers, I hope she doesn't treat them horribly continuously, this is very concerning.

She is very rude and has no manners also I found her very aporling in tone.
as a manager I believe u set examples but this women behaviour does not give me this impression.

I'm not very happy and do not think I will come back and ask her for help again.

Very negative energy behaviour, this type of vibe is not good for store,

This person is in Hammersmith and this is where I had visited.

I most likely will not come back. It's a shame to know some people are a let down. I'm not too happy.

What a pleasure it is to visit Clarks shoe shop in Hammersmith!
I am a fan of Clarks shoes but for the sake of convenience normally buy them on line. However, since discovering Clarks in Hammersmith, I will shop there.
The team are absolutely fantastic. Everybody is so helpful and the team genuinely cannot do enough to help and make the experience of shopping a positive one.
A lot of businesses could learn a lot from the team at this store!

Hammersmith - Very friendly and attentive staff. Despite the shoe I was after not being in stock, they ordered it from the warehouse and it was delivered in store in 36 hours later. Excellent!

Nasima at the Hammersmith branch gave the best customer service to myself and my daughter. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wellies. She even went and checked another stock room to find the boots my daughter liked. The customer service in this particular branch is always amazing but Nasima went above and beyond.

Very good customer service at Clarks Hammersmith store. Nasima was very patient, helpful and attentive. She helped me with my foot size and was able to order a pair of boots in my exact size.

Walked in to the Clark’s store @ Hammersmith at LIVAT, and was served by Ms Nasima. Very helpful, patient and I feel such customer service deserves a kudos. Thank you

I am loyal your client for many years and buying shoes for all family from Clarks.
Last experience was very sad.
I have ordered 2pairs mens shoes for my husband and son.On 6th of December my son collected them from shop. The box one of them was dirty and broken ( during pick up assistant was noted of it). Son tried to wear his pair at home for a few hours and left lacerations on thighs. Today I tried to return this pair to shop, but assistant motivated that it been used and cant accept it back for refund and recommended customer service due uncomfortable shoes.

Rapid delivery of order. When I needed to exchange for a smaller size the exchange in a Clark’s store went well. The new size had to be ordered but arrived very quickly. Friendly and helpful service throughout.
I have worn Clark’s shoes for years. Always reliable and well made.

Love my new shoes, unfortunately, although I complained the last time I bought shoes online from Clarks to be picked up from a Clarks store, the same thing happened. My package was opened by the store, removing the packaging that protects the shoes from the rain. Please leave the packaging on.

Amazing customer service. Especially from Valbona and Natalie. They helped me sort a problem with my shoes and were really excellent
