I was in the branch in Donegal Place Belfast recently and was delighted with the help I received from both Paul and Jenny. Having been in many shops that day, it was so refreshing to get such friendly and helpful service from these staff members. I don't have enough adjectives to describe how helpful they both were. So much that I had to send in this review. Thank you Jenny and Paul. You really made my day

Jenny K from the Belfast store was amazing fitting our child with their first shoes. She was lovely and attentive and made sure we knew about the 20% off for our shoes today too which we made use of!!

I have visited the Belfast city centre shop a few times before and left unimpressed. However yesterday I was very impressed with Angela who spotted me aimlessly looking and focused all her attention on my requirements. I was sold a pair of shoes - I didn’t passively buy. She did a good job for me and Clarks. I am happy that she upsold - I also bought shoe protection spray. She should be a highly valued staff member.

Lovely friendly, helpful and professional staff in Clarks, Royal Avenue, Belfast today. From the young man who greeted us as we went into the store to Jay, who was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The store manager (I didn’t get her name) was really friendly too. Visited Royal Avenue store on 21.03.26 following an issue I faced in Newtownabbey branch re being wrongly overcharged and misguided. Angela was pleasant and extremely helpful and reassuring in resolving my issue. This experience will encourage me to return to this store as customer satisfaction was clearly the priority for Angela.

A great experience in the Belfast Donegal Place store today getting shoes for my daughter. The assistant Jay was great - very knowledgeable, pleasant and super helpful.

I went in with my three year old to get new shoes. Angela helped us find his perfect size, recommended styles appropriate for his foot shape, and helped check the fit was correct. Her demeanour and hospitality was honestly so lovely. We were made to feel so welcomed and my son is thrilled with his selection. Angela was phenomenal!

Called in to the Belfast store to try on some wallabees. Angela was very helpful and friendly. I returned at a later date to purchase them and Angela remembered me and the shoes I was after. Very welcoming and general great customer service!

Erin on staff was particularly helpful, going back and forth to get different sizes for me. The shoes were great and very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Angela was extremely helpful and friendly in wishing my daughter good luck on her med school interview and finding her shoes to wear. She even helped clean off the current muddy pair and gave us a bag for them! Thanks for much for the excellent customer service.
