My 12 year old son is quite specific about what footwear he likes and he is at the top end of the size range. Elinor was great and so helpful. We ended up buying two pairs and he's super happy.

Amy in the Bath store was great in helping us find shoes for our daughter. Our daughter was a bit fussy (only 18m and doesn't like sitting still!) but Amy was so patient and professional.

I was visiting the Bath store on July, 15th. It was a very busy time in town and the store was full of Asians who didn’t speak a word of English. There must gave been 12 Asian tourists, being extremely pushy and demanding. The service clerk was excellent!!! She handled the quite stressful and outright comical situation extremely well. Her name was Jane or June. I didn’t have to wait long at all and she managed to keep control of the situation. The Asian ladies were happy and so was I. Brilliant and very experienced customer service. Well done!!!!

We went in to buy shoes for our son and were helped by Izzy at the bath store. She was really lovely and patient and helped us find a couple of pairs that were perfect. Really nice experience would 100% recommend

Came for a pair of sandals for our 4 years old we have been helped by Isla to get the right size. Efficient and responsive, we recommand the Bath Clarks boutique.

I took my granddaughter to Clarks for new school shoes. The assistant, Elinor, had a good rapport with my granddaughter who is 5. Elinor chatted to her and helped her achieve the style she wanted whilst making absolutely sure the shoes fitted well. She was very professional and so helpful. My granddaughter was also very happy when we left the shop with her new shoes 🥰

I was served by Amy in the Bath Clarks shop today - excellent, helpful and with a smile! I like the shoes but Amy’s helpfulness made it all much better.

I tried on and bought a pair of sandals and Amy was very helpful throughout the whole process.

She offered to fetch two different sizes and took the time to look through the boxes downstairs when one of the shoes in the box was the wrong size, successfully finding the right one!

I tried the shoes and pop socks were provided. Amy helped me find a good spot to get WiFi and was knowledgeable about the Blue Light Discount available too.

At the till, Amy ran through various useful products, which, although I didn't purchase, did sound useful. One product was suitable for all types of leather and suede for example. I was given care advice for my new sandals too.

Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.

The sandals themselves are so comfortable, with chunky soles - just what I needed!

We were served today by Isla in Bath - she was absolutely excellent. Incredibly patient and helpful and had just the right manner with both my teenage daughter and myself. My daughter hasn’t yet learnt to tie laces and commented on the way home that she’d like Isla to teach her. An absolutely first class sales assistant

Had a fantastic experience today with Elinor at the store in Bath. She asked my daughter’s name and really put her at ease. She was thorough and got her a great shoe ready for school starting again. Thank you
