They are scammers . Don’t order or get any clothe or item from this brand.
I got a blazer for my graduation and they never delivered it or gave me a refund , when I sent a mail concerning the issue they never got back to me .

Absolute scam. Ordered an outfit which never arrived. No help from customer service and now the website isn't even working so can only assume they've taken everyones money and dropped off the face of the planet.
Bunch of disgusting scammers.

I ordered prom dresses for my daughter on 1st June, took 6 weeks for them to arrive which was too late.
The materials were awful, the sizing, the fit, none of them looked like the website photos.
Considering i spent nearly £300 on these dresses, i was adamant to get a refund, based on principle.
I was given 2 separate return addresses based in China & spent £50 on tracked service.

After 5days, i sent Clandour an email stating that i had checked my tracking service & the parcels were on their way.
I received an email the next day stating that the address the parcel was sent to is not one of the designated return addresses & that means I am not eligible for a refund.

I have since emailed them back stating that i was given the addresses via email by one of them team members.
Low & behold, my email has bounced back. Therefore they have closed their account.
I am now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.
Like the others, I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing even a sock.
Infuriating & such a waste of time!

Same as everyone else, ordered a dress for my daughter, took weeks to come and was nothing like the online image. Got one response via email regarding the return but they only wanted to know why, no instructions on how to return or refund offered.

Absolutely horrible company, DONT purchase anything they never respond to refund emails, and the dress that got sent nothing like the photo, wish I read the reviews before purchasing as would save me the agro of emailing ect, managed to get my money back through my bank but still not the point don’t be fooled

SCAM. Don’t purchase. They don’t respond to refund emails, only responded to my bank once I reported them. Quality of dresses are horrible and NOT as shown on model. I have reported the website

Absolutely dreadful company - have sent 8 emails requesting help to return and get a refund for 2 dresses. All been ignored. This company is a scam. Do not use.

Do not purchase anything from this website. I purchased a prom dress and I got sent a completely different item, it was a cheap material , unwearable , didn’t match the description. I had a difficult time contacting customer services as they refused to acknowledge my issue and wanted to prolong the return period. I eventually received details to return the dress and the shipping fees came up to £25 . I refused to pay the fee and continued asking for a refund which they did not send . Awful . Utter scam

I purchased a dress for my graduation bare in mind it’s not just a £20/30 dress and because their an American company they feel they should not abide by consumer rights law.

Refusing to send me a return label for a dress I did not like regardless if it was not faulty I do not have to keep the item.

I have sent various emails and still no return label. This is has been on going for over 2 weeks and it’s not fair that I have to buy another dress and keep something that isn’t special enough for my special day!
